"I want to evaluate it objectively. The sound insulation effect of this hotel is very poor. I saw the comment that the big cars on the road affect the rest. I specially asked the front desk to arrange a room farther from the road. However, in the middle of the night, I was awakened by the indescribable sound of the woman next door or downstairs. It was embarrassing. The sound insulation of this hotel is not generally bad, basically equal to no sound insulation. Just imagine it. I took the elderly with my children and it was a headache to encounter this situation. So I contacted Trip.com customer service, the customer service quickly contacted the front desk, the front desk was very good and asked to change the room for us, but at 2:30 in the middle of the night, I chose to continue to live through this night. In the morning, when we checked out, the front desk apologized and we took the initiative to send a gift. All my words are very objective statements, and I hope that if you care about poor sound insulation, you can pay attention to this."

"Overall, it was very good. The only downside was that the air conditioning didn't come on until almost midnight on the first night, so I barely slept for the first half of the night. The good thing was that it was the first time I stayed at a hotel that provided razors, which was a big plus! The location is really good, right next to a reservoir.
