"The bathtub was okay, the cleanliness was okay, and the soundproofing was okay. However, the bathwater was only lukewarm. I had to call someone over and it took half an hour to fix it. The lady who helped was very helpful, though I didn't end up getting a bath myself.
The front desk service was absolutely terrible. I've never encountered anything this bad. I travel and stay in hotels all the time, and this is the first time I've written a service review that I can't stand it… From efficiency to attitude, the first night I checked in after midnight. I had a lot of luggage, so I asked if they had a luggage cart. The two staff members on duty didn't even look up. Maybe it's because I spoke softly? Then I went to get it myself, and they stopped me and asked what I was doing? Did I steal the luggage cart? Haha. They were also unclear about the amount on the invoice. One star for the front desk service isn't the limit; they're just incredibly bad…"

"I'm attending an exhibition after the Spring Festival. I booked this hotel; the price was reasonable, and I was worried about not having anywhere to eat on the fifth day of the ***** New Year, but they gave me a free breakfast. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, plenty of hot water, and great underfloor heating. Highly recommended! I'll definitely stay here again next year!"

"The pillow towel sheets and quilts were all not changed. There were still left hairs on the bed. The pillow towel turned over on it. At two o'clock in the middle of the night, the TV next door could not cover up the screams of ghosts crying and wolfing. The sound insulation was so bad that the explosion was almost not sleeping. Personal small hotel is too unreliable. First and last time."

"The breakfast service was terrible. They open at 7:00 AM, and when I asked for a bowl of wontons at 6:45 AM, they wouldn't make it. The chef even yelled from the kitchen, ”It's not time yet, we can't make it, just eat whatever's available!” Disappointing."
