"A great hotel with excellent service! Shandong hospitality at its best. From the security guards to the front desk, everyone was incredibly polite. They helped with my luggage and guided me to my room. The room itself had a lovely little courtyard, and the main courtyard was also beautiful. It's right by the city wall, so you can catch the gate opening and closing ceremonies in the morning and evening. The room had a smart toilet and a projector, which was a nice touch. I only stayed for one night, but it was a very comfortable experience."

What surprised us most were the parent-child activities – inspired by Confucius's Six Arts, we made tofu, used an abacus, learned tea art, played 'Touhu' (pitch-pot) and archery, along with a solemn 'Kaibali' (commencement ceremony) and fun plant exploration. Since there were fewer people during the week, we had an exclusive experience just for our group. The teachers were professional and patient, meticulously preparing everything from costumes and background music to teaching aids, allowing the children to understand traditional culture through play. It's especially suitable for preschoolers to have an immersive experience. The dining was also exceptionally thoughtful: after breakfast, they would proactively pack sugar-free bread and children's snacks. Each dish in the Chinese restaurant came with a little story, turning dining into an interesting science popularization. The connecting room design truly understands family travel, providing both independent space for elders and children while allowing easy oversight at any time, making us feel completely secure. Even during the peak Chinese New Year travel season, the overall experience was excellent and well-maintained. The hotel's central location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the Three Confucius Sites. Surrounding it are plenty of malls and restaurants, making shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly convenient. The Xiang Palace Restaurant comes highly recommended. As a must-try restaurant on many lists, it's the go-to spot in the area for authentic Kong Family Cuisine. The ambiance is elegant, and both the service and the dishes are exceptional, making for a fantastic dining experience. The breakfast area even has a small kids' play area, which is great for families with children. Plus, there's a quiet little courtyard at the back of the hotel, perfect for a stroll with the little ones anytime. The swimming pool was also excellent; even during Chinese New Year, it wasn't crowded. It's spacious with few people, and also features a steam room and hot tubs, making it very comfortable overall. The gym is also large and well-equipped. Even if you don't go out sightseeing, you can easily spend your time enjoying the hotel's amenities. The only minor drawback was that there were too few staff at the front desk, so there was a bit of a wait during check-in. Overall, with its prime location, reliable service, excellent dining, comprehensive family-friendly facilities, and complete recreational amenities, this is undoubtedly the best hotel for families traveling to Qufu with children."

"Our road trip with our dog in Qufu was a fantastic experience at the Jianguo Puyin Hotel! The pet-friendly policy was incredibly heartwarming, and the staff were incredibly welcoming to dogs, making our stay completely stress-free. The location is convenient, right across from the city wall, and the spacious, free parking lot made parking our large car a breeze. The breakfast selection was extensive, ranging from Chinese pastries to local specialties. The staff were warm and attentive, proactively offering information on attractions and pet-friendly options. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Qufu; it's the perfect choice for pet-friendly families and road trip travelers!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, with the Wanren Palace Wall right outside, making it very convenient to watch the city gates open and close, as well as the light show. The hotel facilities are very new, with a dedicated parking area, suitable for self-driving."

"There's a convenient parking lot; it's right outside the east gate of the scenic area, quite conveniently located. Because it was the off-season, we were upgraded to a better room. The air conditioning in the room was very warm, there were no unpleasant odors, and the overall cleanliness was good. The hotel staff were also very professional, proactively greeting us and even helping to troubleshoot an air conditioning problem. The only drawbacks were the lack of a dryer for the laundry service; we had to take the laundry back to our room to hang it up ourselves. Also, while other hotels in the same price range offer breakfast, this one didn't."

"The best and most beautiful all-season hotel I have ever stayed in is right next to the Confucius Temple. The famous hotel is the hotel-the pool Confucius like the wishing platform, which provides fish feeding and wishing cards. Living in the courtyard suite has a bathtub that is very comfortable, and the room quality and decoration are high. The beautiful front desk clerk was very good, because the child also sent exquisite souvenirs for his birthday, which was very intimate and the child was very happy. "Good location & near to Temple of Confucius. Friendly owner extended warm hospitality during our stay. eventually we did extend 1 more night & continued exploring the beauty of Qufu. Rooms are clean & neat. Prefect housekeeping. Due to my mobility restrictions, owner offered free upgrade to Ground floor room. (Walk-up) Looking forward for returning here ya"

"My stay at the Hanting Hotel Qufu Nishan exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. When checking in, they proactively offered recommendations for local attractions and even brought me a thoughtful cup of hot tea. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. I could catch a glimpse of Nishan's beautiful scenery from the window, and the birdsong in the morning was particularly delightful. Breakfast offered a rich variety, and the local specialty, pancakes with scallions, was fresh and delicious. Staff promptly refilled items without any rush. When checking out, they even helped me call a taxi. The entire experience was attentive and heartwarming. Next time I'm in Qufu, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!"
