"We arrived at the hotel at 7 pm and checked in smoothly. We booked a business bed room ( Trip.com showing the room area of 80 square meters, we also came to experience this), but after opening the door, we found that the area was different from the platform display (estimated about 50 square meters), we immediately reported to the front desk, The front desk said that it would give feedback to the hotel manager... When we went out to eat, the hotel front desk called and said: the hotel manager said, it is better to apply for a refund and check out tonight at Trip.com ...
