"Outstanding hotel, highly recommended. The rooms are large, comfortable and practical, with lovely views of the river. The bathrooms are especially nice, with large bathtubs. Breakfast is varied, with an excellent range of delicious food. The staff are extremely polite and helpful: they were able to check me in even at 3:00am after I arrived on the night train. The cleaners are quick, thorough and efficient, too. The staff provide thoughtful gifts like free oranges for Spring Festival. The hotel is well located for getting around Wuzhou, and all the taxi drivers know it. There seems to be lots to do within the hotel, too, including restaurants, a spa, a KTV lounge, a tea house and a swimming pool, so it would be excellent for large groups too."

Environment: It's right by the north gate of Qilou Old Street, so getting a taxi is quite convenient. The hotel also has a rooftop where you can overlook Qilou Old Street, which is really nice. There are many restaurants, drink shops, and Guilinggao (turtle jelly) shops nearby."

"This hotel, part of the CTS Group, truly exceeded all expectations! Having traveled through Yunnan, staying at various hotels from five-star to three-star along the way, this CTS hotel was the only one that truly impressed. First, they upgraded my Executive Room to an Executive Suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's overall environment is very well-maintained. Although the hallways and rooms are carpeted, they look clean and are free of any strange odors. While the hotel's decor has a somewhat dated 'palace style,' the excellent maintenance keeps everything spotless. The marble walls and floors are polished and gleaming, with no 'neglected' dirty or broken corners in sight. This level of upkeep wouldn't be possible without consistent effort and investment, especially considering it was renovated in 2021! Second, their attention to detail is remarkable. During the Chinese New Year, not only were public areas like the lobby beautifully decorated with festive displays, but our suite also had 'Fu' (good fortune) signs and seasonal decorations. The moment we opened the door, we felt a warm sense of 'welcome home,' which instantly dispelled the fatigue of our long journey. Third, the breakfast was incredibly rich! Both the Chinese and Western culinary offerings were outstanding in terms of variety, quality, and efficiency. Are you sure this is only a four-star hotel?! Fourth, the room's cleanliness was top-notch (perhaps because it was a suite?). From the carpets to the bedding, pillows, velvet sofa, and even the bathroom and shower areas – places prone to dampness, dirt, and mildew – there wasn't a hint of unpleasant mold or spots. This is truly impressive! I was already delighted that the room didn't have a stuffy smell upon entry, and the shower even had a faint, pleasant scent of toiletries. Since we checked in late at night due to our journey and checked out after breakfast, our stay was brief, but it left a fantastic impression! The complimentary suite upgrade on a fully booked day was an added bonus! Minor drawbacks: The air conditioning in the room. Even when set to heating, the indoor temperature didn't rise much, no matter the setting. I eventually had to turn it off and felt cold in the middle of the night. Also, there were no children's bathrobes. While children's toothbrushes and slippers were provided, bathrobes were missing. As we were just passing through and didn't bring most of our luggage into the room, my younger brother had to sleep in his clothes since there was no children's bathrobe. Apart from these small issues, everything else was excellent!"

"(Premise: I'm a light sleeper, stayed for three days) Disadvantages: In the 7th-floor room near the residential building, dogs bark intermittently in the morning and late at night; the windows aren't soundproof, possibly from guard dogs kept by elderly residents. In the 7th-floor room facing Rose Lake, there's traffic noise, and even the bumpy sound of shared bicycles, but no dog barking. I can hear doors closing in other rooms and loud conversations across the hall. (Solution: 3M earplugs/noise-canceling headphones) The hotel reception provides free earplugs and bandages, but the free earplugs aren't as good as 3M earplugs. The blankets are thin, but you can ask for more. There's hair and dust in the gaps by the headboard (I found it when a hairpin fell in). There's a lingering smell of smoke when you first enter the room, probably because of the many wooden fixtures; the accumulated smoke from guests can seep into the fixtures, what we call ”third-hand smoke.” You get used to it after a while. Advantages: Excellent service! The receptionists are very gentle and patient! They are dedicated and responsible, and get along well with colleagues. They try their best to meet any requests made. The place is clean and hygienic. The price is economical. The hotel thoughtfully provided a gift."

"After searching for hotels in Wuzhou on Ctrip, I finally settled on this one. Located in the city center, it's very convenient for commuting and shopping. I parked my car in the parking lot next to the hotel and took a Didi taxi to Qiloucheng for only 7 yuan—convenient and affordable. The hotel is right next to a market, which might seem a bit daunting at first glance, but once inside, it's a completely different experience. Overall, it's clean and tidy. The double beds in the room can be joined together, making it very comfortable and secure for children. It's quite good."

"The location is very good, close to Qilou Street, walking to Qilou Street and the riverside. After driving, the hotel security opened the parking space lock for easy parking. It takes ten minutes to drive to the museum and see the Sanjiang Convergence. There is a Guangfu specialty restaurant nearby. The front desk service was warm and the room was clean. The river can be seen outside the window."
