"This is a new hotel conveniently located near the highway. Everything about it is great, from the spacious rooms to the brand-new facilities. The hot water shower was fantastic. The breakfast selection was decent; I especially liked the Western-style salad, bread, and yogurt. The freshly ground coffee definitely deserves a high rating; they said it was Yunnan beans, and it was the best I've had from a hotel coffee grinder in Yunnan. They even offered mung bean soup as a late-night snack. Both the washing machines and dryers were very clean. There's plenty of parking, both above ground and in the basement. Although it's a bit far from the old city center, Yuanmou isn't that big, and it's only about 3 kilometers to the only KFC (next to the night market), so getting around by car is very convenient. The only downside is the lack of walkable dining options nearby, but ordering takeout or having the hotel robot deliver food perfectly solves that problem."

"I can't praise the hotel enough. From the outset the receptionists were considerate, helpful and respectful. The manageress organised a trip to the Langbapu Earth Forest. Unfortunately I was too tired ( after 12 hotel changes and 6 to come ) in my six week trip to China to accept her kind offer of a room upgrade. Seemingly aware of my allergies a hot pot was brought to me, the next day a fruit bowl. The kitchen made an amazing salad. The hotel creates spaciousness in all locations. Thank for providing the taxi to the railway station. But most of all thank you for your support during my stay."

They should really install an electronic signboard. 2. The shower water was difficult to regulate, and the toiletries felt a bit cheap. 3. The room's lighting controls were confusing and hard to figure out. 4. I came here specifically because the reviews mentioned a good breakfast, but I was a little disappointed. On the positive side: there were five hot dishes, two of which were meat dishes, which is good compared to similar hotels. Now for the downsides: there were water stains on the plates, suggesting the sanitation wasn't up to par. The milk was surprisingly watery, and no yogurt was offered, which doesn't match the hotel's price point. The selection of Chinese staple foods was too limited, and the fruit options were few and inexpensive."

"I arrived at Yuanmou at 17:00 on the 21st. I booked a train to Kunming for 18:00 on the 22nd, and I stayed at this accommodation for a tour of tulin(earth forest) on the 22nd. The hotel is very clean and excellent for the price. It's next to the main road, but there's no noise when you close the door. It is a 12-minute walk from Yuanmou west station. Alternatively, you can take bus number 1 in front of the station and get off at the bus stop in front of the hotel. The fare is 3 yuan. In the morning, breakfast carts across the street sell porridge, dumpling, Jidanbing from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. I saw that the restaurant right next to the hotel also opened at 7 a.m You can get to the bus terminal in the city for about 13 yuan by taxi, or you can take bus number 1 from the bus stop in front of the hotel. There is a big traditional market near the bus terminal. Fruits are very cheap. The market people and the taxi drivers were all nice However, I don't think there are many foreigners visiting this area. There were many places where I couldn't use Alipay. If you are a foreigner, prepare cash for stores that do not use Alipay. And foreigners who were not fluent in Chinese felt it was too difficult to know the existence or running time of the bus connecting Wumao Tulin and Yuanmou. I visited the bus terminal on the afternoon of the 21st and asked the male employee there what time the bus to Wumao Tulin was. But he ignored the questions we asked, and even if we showed him a Chinese sentence, he ignored them. Fortunately, a kind lady who was passing by helped us, so we got information that there was a 9:20 departure bus, but we didn't get information about the bus time from Wumao Tulin to Yuanmou before she left. We gave up our Tulin trip, canceled the train ticket we booked, and went back to Kunming early in the morning on the 22nd. If you are sightseeing by taxi, visit this area right away. Use one of the taxis in line in front of the high-speed rail station. If you are a foreign tourist who plans to use the bus like us, please visit this area after getting the information in advance so as not to waste it."

"Very nice facilities with a fantastic, well-stocked outdoor gym. Rooms are big and comfortable. The breakfast was decent but could be improved by improving the quality of the bread and pastries. The area around the pool was well-landscaped and nice to sit in. Unfortunately, the pool was under construction so we didn’t get to use it. There’s not much around the hotel, so you have to drive a few kilometers to find good restaurants or their sister hotel that has the main hot spring. Luckily this hotel offers 40 yuan day passes to the other hot spring hotel 远达. I recommend it as a nice relaxing getaway from Kunming."
