"The Sheraton Hotel truly has a human touch. We arrived early, and since two elderly family members were with us, Jane at the front desk kindly arranged an early check-in for us. She was also very thoughtful in helping me later with a room change, which was incredibly heartwarming. The next day, when we switched rooms, a staff member from housekeeping came to help with our luggage, guided us to the new room, and even helped activate floor access so I could easily go up to care for the elders. The housekeeping auntie on the 36th floor was also very kind, patiently putting extra water bottles in the elderly couple's room every time. And the F&B staff who delivered coke, fruit, and pancakes to our room… The warm assistance we received during our two-night stay was countless. People from Zibo are truly hospitable! Additionally, the hotel's breakfast buffet was rich and delicious, and the hotel's location in the city center is excellent, with convenient access to surrounding dining and attractions. We hope to visit again!"

"I periodically visit Zibo, and for this trip, I once again stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. I left a message on Ctrip requesting the same 15th-floor room as last time. The duty manager, Yu Qinran, was still responding to my request at 11:30 PM and confirmed she would specially reserve it for me. She also thoughtfully prepared the two buckwheat pillows I requested. Everything was well-organized, the price was reasonable, and the service was 100% on point.
The breakfast staff was also great. As a vegetarian, the juicer on the 5th-floor restaurant was my main focus. The female staff member there helped me get carrots and cucumbers multiple times. She even used my cup to make an espresso and brought it to my table, which saved me a lot of time.
This is practically my second home! I can't praise it enough; this is truly genuine feedback."

Plus, there are a few excellent, non-viral BBQ spots nearby that are delicious and affordable per person."

"I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade at check-in. The room was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The room layout was also very well-designed. The housekeeping staff were incredibly warm and meticulous; they even left laundry detergent when they noticed a need for laundry and refilled the mineral water. The front desk and breakfast service staff were also very welcoming. My stay at this hotel was fantastic! They even gave me complimentary local snacks like Zhoucun biscuits and stir-fried pancakes."

"I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. In short: excellent value for money.
**Hotel Environment:** Good. The hotel lobby has a 'Liaozhai' (Chinese classic tales) theme, and the rooms are well-equipped.
**Hotel Service:** Excellent. The front desk staff paid warm attention to my needs, for example, making sure I wasn't next to the elevator. They even gave me a lottery ticket (too bad I didn't win!). My room came with four complimentary bottles of water. Check-out is officially at 2 PM, and I only woke up past noon, yet no one disturbed me [facepalm emoji]. I later found a note in the room saying you could order free wontons at night. All these little details really warmed my heart – truly deserving of my great Zibo! (See photos).
**Location:** The most important thing is that the hotel is close to the train station, and the soundproofing is decent. It's about an 8-minute taxi ride from the train station, and despite being close, it's not noisy at all. I, for one, had a very peaceful night's sleep.
Great value for money! I'm very satisfied! It'll be my top choice next time."

"Traveling to Zhoucun Ancient Commercial City in Zibo during the May Day holiday, I stayed at the Zhiweizhai Hotel. It's a garden-style hotel with stunning, high-quality decor and an incredible landscape that made me feel like I was back in Jiangnan. The room was clean and hygienic with a subtle, pleasant fragrance. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. The service was also top-notch; every staff member was enthusiastic and full of energy. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience, truly living up to the reputation of an honest and hospitable Shandong business."

The bedding is delicate and the pillow is also your own. The brand is more comfortable to sleep. The lounge on the first floor is very well designed. The tables and chairs are very high-end. LLindengdengaiwanshuaThe first stop of the New Year trip. I followed the trend to come to Zibo to eat barbecue and fell in love with this city. This time I brought my family and pets to choose Yashe, and the impression was beyond my expectations~
The pet friendliness was the reason we chose this hotel, but the service and hospitality of the staff upon arrival was the reason we gave it a good rating.
The room is also warm, clean and tidy during this season. All facilities are complete and smart. You can go to Zhoucun Ancient Commercial City right outside the door, which is very convenient!
The staff will help with the luggage, introduce the surrounding food, give Pu'er tea when you check in, and give drinking water when you leave the B&B. The service is thoughtful and considerate, give it a thumbs up!

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Intercity Hotel for four nights during our trip to Zibo. It's well located near museums, parks and malls. There is a freeway nearby to other districts like Boshan.
The room was comfortable, clean and even decorated by the hotel staff. The breakfast had a great selection, with just about everything you would expect - they had good options for toasts and coffee. Surprisingly, they have a complementary self-service laundry room that really made a big difference for me (I hate packing up dirty clothes).
Overall, a friendly experience and good way to experience Zibo.

BBryan0808I had a very pleasant stay at the Orange Hotel (Zibo Linzi Avenue). The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained, with spacious rooms and comfortable bedding. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better.
The breakfast offered a good variety of both Chinese and Western options, and everything was fresh and well prepared. I also appreciated the overall atmosphere of the hotel—quiet, relaxed, and well organized.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious, bright, and comfortable, with a large bay window perfect for enjoying tea and the night view outside. The best part was that it's pet-friendly. The whole process, from booking to check-in and check-out, was very smooth, and the owner was lovely. This hotel offers such great value for money, everyone should come and stay! They provide disposable towel sets and individually wrapped disposable cups. In the twin room, each bed was very wide, big enough for an adult and a child with plenty of room to spare. I'd suggest to the owner to add a shower curtain; it would make cleaning easier and more convenient.

The dining environment was particularly pleasant. Parking was convenient, with ample spaces, and the surrounding area was close to restaurants and shopping. The room was quite large, and we received a free upgrade. The service was friendly and helpful, with recommendations for nearby barbecue spots. There was also a comfortable single sofa in the room, and free coffee was provided upon check-in. The location was easy to find, with a large intersection right outside the door and a park across the street. I didn't go there, but it looked quite large. The hotel has a sightseeing elevator, and you can see the scenery from both the elevators. Overall, the hotel was quite comfortable, and the corridors were very quiet. I'd stay here again next time.

GGuest UserThis hotel was unbelievably good value for money. It was clean and the rooms were comfortable. It seems to have shared facilities with 2 other hotels, e.g. a whole floor offering 24/7 massage services. Breakfast was a bit limited, but OK. The location is fairly close to the museums (within a 30 minute walk) and the BBQ is probably less than 10 minutes walk but there's not much in the immediate vicinity. There's a pop-corn machine in the lobby, so you can help yourself to free pop corn anytime which was quite nice. A good budget hotel.

__WeChat55637****The room was clean and spacious. The 1.35-meter bed was perfect for families with children. Since it was the Mid-Autumn Festival, the front desk even gave us Mid-Autumn gifts! Hotel guests can enjoy the hot springs for free. Children between 1.2m and 1.5m were charged an additional 30 and 60 for the bath, respectively. The kids had a blast! The hot springs were very relaxing, and breakfast was rich and delicious. The accommodation was clean and hygienic, with a huge laundry room. Plus, Zibo BBQ is amazing! This hotel was definitely the highlight of our trip!

GGuest UserI usually travel with my children for a long time and spend more money, so I will choose an economical hotel. The requirements are clean, safe, affordable, and close to the place I want to go. This time I drove myself and had more choices. This hotel is right next to Zhoucun Ancient City, and it is very close to walk there. The front desk helped me upgrade the room for free. It has a large window and a small bathroom. Everything else is fine. There is no feeling of depression and it is also quite clean.

LLanyuhei1982It's really not as good as it used to be! This isn't the Ramada I remember, it's a shame to even call it that! Did they change owners or something? The breakfast is no different from what you'd get at a budget hotel now. Plus, I'm not sure what went missing, I had to call back to ask about it. And the worst part is, I don't even know where I left it. 😀😀
