"Location is great but make sure to ask if there is still construction outside, because we didn’t know and it was VERY LOUD. there is NO AC and hot in the room, sleeping with window open was an issue when construction starts early morning. the blowdryer didn’t work, staff didn’t have replacement but went out to buy some as a solution; we could get one against a 20e deposit. overall good stay but if i had known about amenities and noise i would have booked Park Hotel next door."

"This hotel should be the best hotel in Luo. The breakfast is OK, but not many varieties. The key is that if you drive, you need to be careful, because there is no free parking there. You need to park in the next door parking lot for a long time. It costs 3 euros per hour during the day, which is painful. 3 euros for the whole time from 7pm to 7am is more appropriate! The hotel service is so-so, it's like this in Europe! Overall it's good!"

"I had an amazing stay at BRIGHT for three nights. The customer service was absolutely excellent—any issues or questions were resolved immediately via email, and the staff was incredibly responsive. If you send a photo of a problem, they address it straight away, which made the experience stress-free. The apartment itself is stunning—modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Everything you could need is provided, including cutlery, dishwashing liquid, a dishwasher, a washing machine with detergent, and even a lovely selection of teas, sugar, salt, milk, and coffee. As a thoughtful touch, they left a small candy gift on the bed along with fresh, great-smelling towels and bedding. The location is fantastic, with a train station right outside for easy transport. Parking is now subject to a fee, though we didn’t have to pay during our stay as they were still updating their policies. If you plan to cook, be mindful to open the windows, as triggering the fire alarm could result in a fine between €250 and €2500, as per the information provided. There are several convenient stores nearby, about a seven-minute walk, including Aldi and Burger King. Additionally, there’s a beautiful lake area perfect for a relaxing stroll. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment studio. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and top-notch service. I would definitely stay here again!"

The only thing I concern is that my credit card info was leaked a few days after checking in at this hotel to a company named GS Star GmbH in Munich which is pretty close to this hotel, Please check your internal staff regarding this. Really critical issue!!!"

"The Limehome is centrally located, is very clean and the suite with capacity for up to four people is very large and modern furnished. The sleeping sofa was unusually comfortable and there is even a small refrigerator with freezer. The only thing that is essentially to be noted here is that who books about trip.com does not seem to receive his access code to the accommodation. So, after booking, it is essential to contact the operator directly via the service hotline and ask for booking, so you can also get a code and not stand before the door and not enter."
