THE FINCA:Finca Corral Noble is a beautifully restored, 200 year old Andalucian farmhouse full of rustic charm and character whilst also providing all the necessary modern amenities. It is 45 mins drive from the airport, easily approached down a short, well-maintained concrete drive and has private parking for several vehicles. The finca looks out onto a very large, secluded, walled courtyard boasting breathtaking panoramic views across The Almijara Sierra National Park. We recommend having a cafe con leche in the square and 'people watching'! Many people visit the Axarquia to walk, and we can highly recommend this as walkers ourselves. From all day treks high up in the mountains, to short rambles suitable for all ages and abilities - there is something for everyone when it comes to walking in the area. In the finca you will find plenty of walking books and printouts that you are welcome to use. SUMMARY: A holiday at the finca is suitable for you if you like getting away from it all but still having options for the beach or cultural days out. It is a private and relaxing place for young and old alike. The terrace is a safe area - the pool is not gated however so do take care and always watch youngsters.
