"A very good place to stay with before starting your journey to the Mt Fuji and its surrounding areas. Steps to/from the JR station. On Floor 4 of North Building, there is a lookout to view the amazing Fuji mountain given the weather is clear. Nice local restaurants and bars are also within walking distance from the hotel. The only point of demerit is that the hotel has no laundry facilities which means you have to carry your laundry basket to the nearby laundry facilities which is 200-300m away. Overall I would rate it 4 star."

"Rooms are compact but well-equipped, convenient, clean, and highly functional. The bedding was standard but perfectly adequate. Breakfast, for a business hotel, was exceptional. The hotel offers extensive self-service facilities, including check-in/out, luggage storage, and laundry/drying. Its location right next to Shin-Fuji Shinkansen station makes major transportation very convenient. However, it's not situated in a vibrant part of town or the old district, so local amenities are scarce. Given the affordable price, the overall experience was positive."

"I made a mistake when booking the hotel, thinking that Fuji Station was close to Mount Fuji, but it turns out they're completely unrelated. Since the price was cheap and I couldn't cancel, I just dealt with it. Everyone, when booking a hotel, please make sure to check the exact location on the map."

"It's just very old, the facilities are very old, and the Showa style is too strong, but it is in line with the usual Showa style in Japan, old but not broken, everything can be used, and the functions are all OK. It is said that you can see Mount Fuji, but it rained that day and I didn't see it. The location of the hotel is also good. Friendly reminder to friends who drive, the hotel has only four parking spaces, which are very, very narrow. If you are not good at driving, you can try to find a paid parking lot nearby. This parking lot also charges 550, and it is too narrow. But I still think the overall hotel is very comfortable to stay in, the bed is comfortable, the sound insulation is good, the details are good, and it is clean. I will choose to work here again if I pass by in the future."

"This hotel is fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Both dinner and breakfast are buffets, with fish nuggets and fried chicken, which both adults and children loved. The restaurant offers a direct view of Mount Fuji while dining. I think the location is excellent. The room was very clean. This hotel is worth staying at again."

"I have traveled quite a bit in Japan alone. There is no place as good as this place. You can enjoy an open-air bath, but you can reserve a time and enjoy it in your own space. The exterior and interior design are very clean and comfortable. The owner was friendly and the restaurant he recommended was also great. Located right in front of Shinhuji Station. I will come again next time!!
It was a great time in this hostel ever. Actually I traveled Japan quite a lot thought I've never had experience at here like cozy and calm. Bath system was incredible and interior design was so Japan. And the location is just near by Sinfuji station. Host was so kind also. If.. I will come and stay here again definitely."

The staff was very kind and helpful. They also provide free parking spot at the restaurant parking lot on the opposite side of the road.

So if you intend to stay in a calmer environment maybe to calm down after staying in big cities its perfect. The service is amazing as well. The owner helped a lot to get night bus tickets as the website translation was confusing...

孙孙The hotel has not seen Mount Fuji in two days. After living for two days, Mount Fuji has been shrouded in the fog of the clouds. When I was walking, I was having breakfast at the hotel’s rooftop restaurant. Suddenly the cloud opened for a while and I saw Mount Fuji. Staying for two consecutive days can ask them not to clean the room. When they come back, the staff puts toiletries and other items on the door of the room. It’s really intimate. The hotel is conveniently located at the east exit Fuji Expressway. The hotel staff is really very enthusiastic and responsible. I took the wallet on the train on the Shinkansen. The hotel staff helped to call the Shinkansen. The magical thing was that the wallet was found. Two days later, I went to Tokyo to get the wallet back.
