"We booked a twin room. The room was spacious and clean, and had all the amenities we needed for swimming in the ocean: a washing machine in the room, a bathroom dryer, a dryer near the elevator, and a refrigerator with a freezer. The location was great, only about 10 minutes from American Village, and the ocean view made it a very nice room.
However, the showerhead in room 702 was cracked, making it a little difficult to use, and the TV was directly above the table; it would have been more convenient if the table had been positioned slightly differently."

"Our stay in Okinawa was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's location is superb, right by the shopping district and the beach, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and everything else. Although the room wasn't huge, it was cozy and impeccably clean. The separate shower and toilet were a really practical touch. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help, and even went out of their way to recommend local eateries and sightseeing routes. Overall, it offered great value for money and perfectly suited our vacation needs. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!"

"This hotel boasts an excellent location, right on America Street, with a convenience store conveniently located downstairs. The room was clean and tidy, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the room type I booked included a balcony, offering a perfect view of the American Village fireworks at night. The staff were also very welcoming. Guests even get free access to the hot springs. If you're planning an overnight stay in American Village, I highly recommend this hotel – it's truly great value for money."

"I feel like the location is great but somehow the hotel is quite old-fashion style. There's no very impressive thing within the hotel. The free ramen is okay level but it's not that worthy to waste your appetite here. Anyway, it's okay level but I would say it's very likely to find a better hotel in the same level of cost."

"This was my husband's birthday trip, and this hotel was the first time we'd booked and stayed here. The environment was quiet, comfortable, and relaxing. There was also a free hot spring; after soaking in it, our skin didn't feel dry or itchy. The breakfast was delicious, varied, and plentiful. "This is my second time in Okinawa, and out of all the places I've stayed, this one is the absolute best! The location is fantastic; I actually preferred it not being right in the center of American Village. It's literally a minute from Aeon Mall, a minute from American Village, and there's even a 24-hour gacha shop right next door. The sauna facilities are top-notch, and it's great that guests can use it as many times as they want. If I ever come back to Okinawa, I'm definitely staying here again! 💛 The only minor issue was that after 10 PM, the staff member who helps with parking had gone home. I waited in the car for 20 minutes before calling the lobby to have someone come out and assist me with parking. On the plus side, the two nights of free parking were a great bonus!"

"The room was quite spacious, with a double sofa perfect for relaxing. They also offered a simple breakfast in the mornings. The separate bathroom and toilet were really convenient for two people to use simultaneously. There's a small kitchenette in the room, great for cooking instant noodles, and a washing machine and dryer, along with laundry detergent. It was fantastic to be able to wash our clothes at night, so we didn't have to carry dirty laundry around when we checked out. The balcony faced the sea, with a small table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the view and watching the sunset in the evening. Plus, they provided parking, which was super convenient for a self-drive trip! The only minor thing was that the floor felt a bit sticky, but they provided slippers, so it was still okay. We really enjoyed our 3-day, 2-night stay here and would definitely come back if we get the chance."

"Really nice vibes overall. We had a sea-view room on a high floor, and waking up to the ocean from the balcony was a great start to the day. The room design is modern and very practical — everything feels thoughtfully laid out, with good use of space despite the room being a decent size.
The hotel itself feels new and contemporary. A pleasant surprise was the complimentary breakfast, which was simple but nicely done. Parking is free, which is a big plus, and there are sufficient lots available, though a secondary car park is shared with a neighboring hotel.
Location-wise, it’s convenient with a large drugstore within walking distance. Add in the big TV in the room and the good bath shower, and it makes for a comfortable stay."

"It is the first building in front of the Sunset Beach, you can enjoy the sunset set in your room, as the rooms are equipped with sitting chairs beside the sliding doors of the balcony. The staffs are very polite and helpful, their English is so good which helps a lot. Will definetly recommended to others. However, it would be perfect if a lamp was provided on top of the desk beside the TV, as that corner of the room is farely dark."

GGuest UserLocated in Yomitan, you can take a direct bus from the airport to the hotel, which costs 1700 yen and takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Although the hotel is a bit old, it's well-maintained, and every photo you take looks beautiful. There are two churches, one on each side, and the famous Hoshino Coffee Shop is within walking distance.
The hotel beach is just okay, but the water is clear. If the weather is good, you can see the ocean stratified like a 'jellyfish' sea, which is stunning. At low tide in the afternoon, you can easily spot sea cucumbers, blue fish, and hermit crabs near the reefs, which is quite interesting (I recommend bringing a pair of beach shoes).
For breakfast, there are three restaurants to choose from. I tried the Japanese restaurant and HanaHana. At HanaHana, you can exchange your breakfast for lunch (after scanning a QR code, you can select to swap breakfast for lunch and make a reservation). The lunch buffet is quite good, with many Cantonese dim sum options, and the overall quality is excellent – highly recommended. The Japanese restaurant serves a set meal for breakfast with a small buffet; the overall selection isn't extensive, but it's more about the experience.
The hotel service is very good, and the environment is beautiful. You can watch the sunset from the lounge chairs on the hotel beach. You can also take the shuttle to the Grand Mercure, then walk to Hanagasa for dinner or to Cape Zanpa Lighthouse. The Grand Mercure has more swimming pool facilities (the pools at both hotels are shared).
Overall, the experience was great, and I recommend it. The only downside is that the area is relatively remote, so it's not very convenient if you don't have a car, but it's not a major issue. You can stay here for a few nights and then move to Kokusai Street for a few more nights.

However, there doesn’t seem to be any public transportation nearby, so it’s more suitable for those traveling by car. The room is spacious and very clean. Having two bathrooms is ideal for group travel. Although there is a dryer, it’s recommended to bring some IKEA-style drying racks or other laundry equipment. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again next time.

The location is a bit isolated , but within 5 min walk there is a nice beach and 10 min a complex full of shops , coffee and tea houses. Probably better to have a car but for 1-2 days it’s totally fine. Thank you for your hospitality.

This is the best hotel in my life, because it is spacious, very clean, and most importantly, has a beautiful sea view.
We stayed in a large room. Despite the high humidity, there was a dehumidifier and an air conditioner, which created an excellent microclimate.
The room hygiene was amazing — they cleaned every other day.
The room had everything we needed (except for an iron, but that’s a minor detail).
We had a room with a sea view. The sea was visible not only from the balcony but also from the bathroom. That was simply amazing.
We had breakfast at the hotel. The price was justified. Everything was very tasty, with a large variety.
We went to a neighboring beach for swimming, but sometimes we also swam near the hotel.
Yomitan is a very quiet place, without unnecessary noise. Necessary shops are nearby. It’s a pity that many places close early, but again, that’s a minor issue.
We didn’t have a car, but we managed — we took the bus. A couple of times we went to the American Village. It took about 30–40 minutes. We also took a tour around the island, including the aquarium. It was a wonderful experience!

GGuest UserThe place itself was quite clean and in a nice location. The only problem with the place is it’s impossible to contact any staff. They have no front desk, and even though they have a “direct line” at the entrance of the hotel, no one picks up even during their working hours.
The WiFi in my room broken down after the first night of my stay, I tried to contact the hotel staff through phone call, email etc but received no response from them, the issue persisted until the end of my trip, rendering me unable to access the internet.
Luckily trip.com was responsive and gave me a reasonable compensation for the additional costs I incurred in order to access the internet.
In short, the hotel is decent if you don’t run into any problems and don’t require any contact with their staff, otherwise I’d suggest you stay at somewhere with actual working staffs!

GGuest UserCosy little place with only 2 dorms I think, about 20 mins to the beach/ American village area , supermarket is directly opposite, beds are decent but it’s very clean and you get a towel which is a great bonus in a hostel, small kitchen you can use too which is handy, the curtains in the shower are kind of see through tho but very minor detail
