Nakatsugawa Hotels with Wifi

"There aren't many hotel options in Nakatsugawa. This one is about a 7-8 minute walk from the station, and there's a large shopping mall nearby with a supermarket and 100-yen store, which is great for browsing. You can eat there or near the station. The hotel is very new; you need to take off your shoes upon entering, but luggage can be brought into the room. You can pick up amenities (not available in the room) from the first floor. In the evening, they offer a bowl of *ochazuke* (rice in tea broth). There's also a large public bath on the first floor. Overall, it's a pretty good hotel. The front desk's English is limited, but all information is available in both Chinese and English, so you can just read the descriptions yourself. Most people usually just pass through Nakatsugawa, so not many stay overnight. The small town is very quiet, and you can take a walk around the nearby Nakatsugawa-juku."

"Really nice Hotel, a little bit out of town but I was driving so it was ok. Lot's of options for breakfast but I have some dietary restrictions so was a little limited for me but what I did have was tasty. There isn't enough storage space in the room to hang clothes, there were about 4 clothes hangers but more hangers and space would help. Overall I enjoyed my time here for 2 night's. I would recommend it"

"The breakfast was great! The hot spring is open until 2:00 AM, which is perfect for us late-night travelers who check in late and still have to unpack our luggage. After a long day, being able to soak in a hot spring so late is so relaxing! 👍🏻🥰"

"I had a wonderful experience staying one night in Iwasu-so : The email communication for shuttle car pick-up arrangement was efficient! Staff are very friendly, especially Takako-san! The room is quite standard as a ryokan style...spacious and the ”window” faces the pond and the tree which is pretty nice! The food is fantastic (dinner set includes Hida-gyu)! The variety of onsen was great! I particularly like the outdoor onsen (covered)! There is a little theatre and I wish I had the time to see the show.... "

"We were just passing through Nakatsugawa doing some sections of the Nakasendo trail, and found this lovely ryokan by chance. It has been the single nicest place on our month long trip. On top of the room being lovely, everything was well thought out, clear translations provided, and they were so nice! Little things like that they provide extra extension cords on every room. Shower was good, beds were very comfy. Cannot recommend highly enough!"
