Guest UserStaying there for a couple of days from 4 to 6 September. After being in Marrakesh we wanted some chill by the water and calm ocean city so we have been looking for hotel of this kind. Al Bouhaira Abyad is beautiful place to stay cause they have nice clean rooms, private balcony and good location near all interesting places and streets. Owners are beautiful couple very attentive to guests. Big hall in common area is feature too - not so wide-spread in Morocco. Breakfast was fresh and good. I highly recommend.

Guest UserThe hotel is located in the old city, very close to the gate of the old city, just a few steps away.
The butler’s attitude was very nice, he prepared mint tea for us to welcome in, and at night he also introduced very affectionate restaurants that are mostly foreigners.
There is a beautiful courtyard and a restaurant, you can take nice photos, and you can overlook the city from the terrace.
The room is very clean and well-equipped. The most surprising thing is the bathroom, which can take very beautiful photos
A friend said that this is her favorite hotel so far.

Guest UserWonderful hotel with great service from the staff, it felt like they actually care about making your stay great. Room service is around multiple times to replenish items.
The best place in my 2 weeks in the country. Beach is right in front, decent gym and heated indoor pool, short walk to the markets. Outdoor pool isn't heated and was a bit cold to swim in Dec.
I enjoyed the breakfast, some interesting items like banana jam. Thank you all. 😊

Riad is near the water, so it was necessary to go up to 10 minutes before all the key points that was very convenient. Minus is only for the kitchen: awful cooked food, spoiled what is difficult to spoil
But the room itself is good, there were miniatures of shampoo and shower gel. No toothpaste, nails and slippers

Riad left a very pleasant impression. Very successful location – near the parking, easy to find and all the necessary objects and sights were nearby. The decoration of the rooms is thoughtful and comfortable, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Attention to the tiny things is noticeable in everything: from the tiny details of the interior to the care of the guests. The bed was comfortable, which guaranteed a good sleep and the plumbing worked without complaints. I also wish to mark the kind and attentive staff. Thank you.

No A/C, but the conditions were windy so not really needed. Super clean, location is great, near the principal souks, restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was really good and staff was amazing and helpful. Only thing is that when there are kids around the echo is loud. (not really the host’s fault…)

A hidden gem nestled in the heart of the old medina. The location is excellent with the main attractions only a small distance away, this hotel is perfectly situated for your trip. The staff were all lovely during my trip, and went the extra mile to ensure that everything with up to standard. The hotel was clean and well kept which was great, however the WiFI didn’t work very well in my room, cutting out regularly which was a little disappointing. All in all an excellent experience!

Lovely riad inside the Medina but also very close to the bus station. Decoration could be a bit updated but we definitely have the charm of a riad. I would have prefer to be able to go in and out without knocking at main the door entrance each team but I guess it’s for safety reasons. Breakfast is not crazy but not bad and in winter the turn on the fireplace wich make a very nice vibe.
Staff is discret but friendly

The hotel from the outside looks good the service was amazing especially all the staff behind the counter very helpful and very kind. The swimming pool was nice but the shower facilities near the swimming pool smelled horrible. The room I stayed in was decent with working TV and WiFi. If I need a towel refill and room service I requested it at the reception. Breakfast is very nice with a range of foods to pick from and a selection of drinks but no water, if you need water in your room you'd have to pay 20 dirhams for a 1.5L bottle (you can purchase 5l for 12 dirhams outside).
Overall I think the hotel is overpriced for its facilities but the customer service from the staff made up for everything else.
