"The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is strategic and there's free parking. The staff service was also good and check-in/check-out was easy, though there's no elevator (which can be tiring for elderly or heavier guests going up to the second floor 😅). But overall, it was very much worth it and I'm satisfied with my stay here."

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The shower pressure and temperature were particularly good — a small detail that made a big difference after a long day out. "Accessibility is good, has ramp to entrance and lift, though there's a single step right at the door. Besides the 2 entrance parking, you're almost going to have to find parking yourself, but the roadside itself has street parking so it should be fine with some walking. Not in walking distance to the food streets, but not far if by car. Staff is friendly, and room is clean. Disposable toiletries and beverage packets are provided. Was satisfied overall."

Parking & Access: · Parking is accessible with a Touch 'n Go card. · Overnight rate: RM11 (from 9:45 PM to 8:35 AM). · Alternatively, street parking is available but requires a coupon or parking app. · Note: The elevator (lift) is located on Level 1, so you’ll need to take stairs to reach it initially—something to consider if you have heavy luggage. Check-in & Fees: · Self check-in kiosk available—fast and convenient. · Refundable deposit: RM50, payable by card. · Extra access card: Also requires a RM50 refundable deposit, plus a RM20 daily electricity charge. Room & Cleanliness: · Exceptionally clean (”squeaky clean”), everything feels new. · Room has a pleasant, fresh scent. · Twist the toothpaste to open · Minor Issue: The shower/bathroom drain was slow to clear water. Facilities: · Coway water dispenser and ironing facilities available in the hallway for guest use. · Water pressure on Level 2 was average—functional but not strong. · During my stay, there was a grand opening buffet with a great selection of food—a nice bonus Pros so far: · Very clean and new · Smooth self check-in · Front desk on stand by is nice · Convenient payment options (card for deposit) · Good basic amenities (Coway, iron) · Bonus: enjoyed opening ceremony buffet Cons so far: · Lift access requires stairs from ground level · Extra daily charge for electricity (RM20) on top of card deposit · Water pressure is only average (at least on Level 2) · Slow bathroom drain It would be a lovely guest perk if the hotel could waive or provide a discount on the parking fee for staying guests, simplifying the arrival experience haha"

"Affordable price for 4 nights. Nice surroundings. Great food around. Secret Recipe and Domino Pizza just a knock away. Plus point for Muslims, walking distance to the mosque."

"The staff is helpful to explain the usage of the jacuzzi. There is reserve carpark for guests so no issues if you are driving. There are many eateries and cafe around the hotel. Overall is good "

"I have booked Deluxe Double Room, as per room description, this room ‘Has Window’. However, the room being assigned is without window. Upon checking with the reception, we were inform that the room we booked from Trip.com is No Window. We are disappointed as the purpose we book this room is we wanted to have a window room."

"This place is as clean as it was when I visited about 8 years ago. Keep up the great work! Highly recommended for anyone who just needs a place to rest and relax without the bustle of sightseeing. And very convenient street food at glutton street and the Bentayan food court nearby. Lastly, May I suggest savoury instead of sweet snacks in the dining room on the ground floor. Thanks for the hospitality!"
