"We stayed at Offto Resort Hunza in Karimabad and originally booked 5 nights through Trip.com, but due to personal circumstances we had to check out after only one night. Even though the full amount had already been paid, the hotel kindly understood our situation and willingly refunded the remaining nights except for the first night.
Although it was a very short stay, everything about this resort was exceptional. During our world trip we have stayed at countless hotels, but this was one of the most impressive places in terms of facilities, hospitality, and genuine kindness from the staff.
We would especially like to thank Front Office Lead Ms. Kulsoom Sajid for her warm and professional help, and Restaurant Captain Safia Karim for the delicious breakfast and fresh apricot juice.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hunza and Karimabad."
