Albufeira Hotels with Wifi

"La struttura è datata e necessita di una ristrutturazione, soprattutto le camere e la piscina. In camera non c'è il phon, ma è possibile chiederlo alla reception. Le camere vanno rinnovate, sono veramente spoglie, basterebbe un po' di colore alle pareti e mettere qualche quadro colorato. Runner e cuscini in velluto sono ormai superati e inutili, finiti immediatamente dentro l armadio. In bagno, la carta igienica è talmente soffice, che si sgretola in mano, soprattutto quando in bagno si crea vapore quando si apre l acqua calda. Ci sono 2 terrazze solarium, dove ci sono solo dei lettini. Le terrazze mi hanno dato l impressione di essere abbandonate, se ci fossero degli ombrelloni e dei tavolini e qualcuno venisse ogni tanto a portare dei teli e a chiedere se si ha bisogno di qualcosa, sarebbe sicuramente una cosa diversa. Anche in piscina mancano gli ombrelloni. Inoltre, noi avevamo la camera sullo stesso piano della piscina, purtroppo dovevamo tenere sempre la tenda chiusa, altrimenti gli altri ospiti potevano guardarci dentro la camera, ed era necessario accendere la luce anche in pieno giorno, altrimenti non si vedeva nulla. Suggerisco di mettere, oltre alla tenda oscurante, anche una tendina leggera, che blocchi gli sguardi indiscreti ma faccia passare la luce. Sarebbe il caso anche di ristrutturare camere, bagno e corridoi. È un peccato, perché la zona della reception, con le pareti verde chiaro e il divanetto tondo è molto carina. La zona colazione è ok, ma purtroppo non c è varietà. Oltre al prosciutto cotto, si potrebbero usare, a rotazione, magari, anche altri salumi. Inserire anche uova sode o all'occhio, latte e yogurt senza lattosio, qualche formaggio, cambiate gusti delle marmellate, mettere cioccolata spalmabile, waffles al posto dei pancake, ecc... C è un bar, ma non viene utilizzato da nessuno, peccato. Il personale è sempre stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Ricordo il sorriso di Carolina che ci ha fatto il check in e con una mappa alla mano ci ha spiegato tutto, un collega uomo, anche lui molto sorridente, che in serata mi ha gentilmente fornito il phon, e la signora con il quale abbiamo fatto il check out. Anche le signore della colazioni molto disponibili, e una volta ci hanno fatto entrare anche se siamo arrivati tardi. Do comunque un voto alto, per non penalizzare nessuno, ma fiduciosa che il feedback serva a migliorare."

"hello this was our second trip my first trip was last year in the same hotel and it was the best three years we had spent in any hotel we loved the hotel and everything from service to food location everything but this time we were treated horribly at the reception the perrsonal at the reception was the worst a hotel should have as the first contact first of all they gave us seperate bed to a couple and wheen we asked the beds to be joined the reception personal after half an hour waiting for somebdy to come and join the beds told us and that too in the worst possible way that the housekeeping will come when they have time the worst experience anybdy can have in t¡a hotel where u have booked a second time for the treatment u have had earlier i will not recommend anybdy to book this hotel i dont know it was because we booked through trip .com because they treated us real badi am really hurt by the treatment given by the reception staff to a paying client "

"Such polite staff and very helpful always smiling. Rooms are perfectly adequate and sizeable. The amenities are terrific with a fun and large pool area which is clean and gets lots of sun year round"

"Great location. 15min walk from the strip and 10 mins drive from old town. Everything was great in the hotel, rooms look great. Although we did have strong smoking smell come into our room a few nights even though balcony doors shut. The only problem I had was with the breakfast. Having allergies and dietary requirements were not really accommodated. Majority of the foods had egg in them. I emailed in about this before the stay but nothing was sorted out. I emailed a list of foods i can eat. I was also told halal food will be provided for me from the 3rd day with more variety for me. However I received no halal food/meat, and got hummus every morning out of the list I provided. Not the best but I gave up and stuck to just having potatoes and beans on bread every morning. They did bring everything from the back every morning which is a plus I guess. A couple of wrong recommendations about money exchange from reception too. Otherwise really good hotel."

"It is a very familiar and quiet hotel, a lot of English tourism, there are no animations or anything for young people, I do not recommend it for young people, in terms of food very little variety, and repeated meals, I must also say that there is a lot of cleanliness, but that yes, be careful where you book because I booked the all-inclusive here and it turns out that if you don't book through the hotel's official website you don't get all the drinks, I don't know why... the truth is that for a 5-star hotel it leaves a lot to be desired!"

"This place has polarizing reviews.. After going there, I understand why. The facilities and services are good. You can use the swimming pool, washer and dryer (performance is poor), sauna and spa for free, and although the building structure is unique (1st and 8th floor reception, 2 elevator transfers, etc.), it's okay if you get used to it. We couldn't find the way by taxi, so we climbed the hill with our suitcases, but the reception on the first floor is near the spar mart. They were friendly, but the air conditioner was broken so I called twice and they didn't come so I just gave up. This place is in the middle of the old town, so I actually made a reservation based on the location, but it's literally in the middle of the club street, so even if you're inside the accommodation, you'll be staying at the concert hall all night long. There's no soundproofing, so you have to enjoy it together until 5 a.m. The noise is another level, as foreign reviews say. I’m traveling around the world, but this place is really ambiguous haha. The breakfast isn’t bad, but it’s just ambiguous… . Personally, I think it would be less noisy and better if it wasn't just in this alley because it's Albupay!!"

"Le domaine est vraiment très très beau, la chambre est vieillotte en plus la ménage est à revoir l’odeur d’humidité, et les draps humide c’est pas top, nous sommes arrivé il y avait de la nourriture dans notre frigo nous avons signalé et on nous a répondu que c’est à la dame de ménage elle pensait pas qu’il y avait du monde , donc aucun Check avant l’arrivé. L’emplacement au top !"
