This newly opened W hotel offers exceptional service. Right from the moment we entered, a friendly front desk staff member greeted us with a smile, and the valet parking was a thoughtful touch. The hotel grounds are expansive, perfect for a stroll all the way to the beach. For less than 200 Euros during the off-season, including breakfast for two, this was truly incredible value for money.

Lovely  new large hotel in a quiet area, not far from the W Algarve. The hotel was super clean, with large rooms, and the continental breakfast was decent with a good variety of options.I didn’t opt for the buffet dinner, as it was easier to order a nice burger from the bar, which was really tasty. I also tried the Portuguese steak sandwich, which just wasn’t to my liking, but the staff kindly changed it for the burger instead.The pool and spa areas were also spacious and well maintained.You do need an Uber or a car to get around, as there are very few shops nearby. There is one nice restaurant next door and a sports bar close by.The staff could have been a bit more enthusiastic or forthcoming with hotel information, although the manager Andrea, was especially helpful and lovely to talk to. As it was off-season, the hotel was very quiet, and the weather was a bit chilly, so the pools were not really in use. I would definitely visit again if the price was good.

Die Apartment sind groß, neu eingerichtet, der Rest der Anlage nicht so schön, man kann erkennen, dass das die Unterkunft sehr alt ist und trotz teilweise Reservierung immer noch unheimlich viele Baustelle hat, der Pool ist sehr groß, fehlen überall die Fliesen und wird nicht richtig gereinigt, und im sehr viel Sand und Haare im Wasser oder wohl eigentlich kein Sand in der Nähe ist, Privatstrand wird angegeben, aber man kann gar nicht schwimmen, sehe Fotos. Ich war viel im Hyatt Hotels, dieses ist zwar kein Hotel, aber hat nach meiner Meinung nix mit Hyatt Qualität nichts zu tun, da geht noch ganz viel Luft nach oben, wir werden diese Anlage nicht mehr besuchen, dafür ist der Preis zu hoch angesetzt..

Would recommend this hotel - superb location, lovely staff, great service and very clean environment. The room we stayed in could do with modernisation - especially the decor and lighting in the bathroom - and the mattress was uncomfortable The pool area is superb, the breakfast was very good and we will definitely return again - mainly because of the location and the excellent staff!

Gorgeous hotel, very close to 2 beaches, walking distance to strip, but not so close that you can hear all the parties! Room was lovely, cocktails very good, staff very friendly & welcoming! Only thing I would comment less that 5/5 is there was almost no vegan options at the breakfast, which was a shame as we had paid for breakfast included and I couldn’t eat much! Anyway other than that amazing hotel, will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is a great place to enjoy Portugal. We visited the restaurant RAIZ first for some amazing food. We skipped the buffet in the evening, but in the morning they have decent food available. We were doubting between this and Hilton, but were glad that we choose this place instead. It is also the first time that we tried an adult only hotel and it was a great experience. We love kids, but just adults made it a bit more relaxing.

The animators were really nice and entertaining, and I also found the dances in the evening really fun. We could find different programs all day so we weren’t bored at all. The food was tasty and everyone could find their preferences. The temperature of the pool was just perfect and it was long enough to swim in.

Lovely hotel will be back, absolutely spotless very friendly beds very comfortable will definitely be returning to this hotel

I really enjoyed this hotel and the staff! Absolutely wonderful. Dinner and Breakfast included with my room is an added bonus. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Must stay if you are in Faro! Lynn Ray

It was a bit difficult to find at first, Very clean, nice furniture, I meet the manageress she’s a nice polite lady and gives time for you as valued client, (this pays off) I tried to get an extra day a the special rate however she explained very well why it wasn’t possible at that monument, very quiet place this was one of my, only prob kitchen area light and a power outlet wasn’t working . I complained about no air flow at the gym and was offered to have a fan there which done., i
