GGuest UserThe scenery is still beautiful during the off-season, but you can't go into the water. It's also very close to the beach, with a private beach. Breakfast is buffet and a la carte, the room is relatively large and practical. I'll stay here again during the peak season.

GGuest Userperfect service, valet parking for no extra charge, nice huge rooms, got an upgrade to ocean view room, the only negative part was the mattress (very firm), but we got a topper the next day and were fine anew, wonderful breakfast with egg menu, got a very relaxing massage in the spa, loved the indoor pool, outside pool was not heated in January (to few clients), that was our 3rd stay and we always loved the hotel

AAndreia PetronilhoAt first glance, better than I expected, however, we find negative points with the course of the stay: the waiting time at reception is crazy, it seems a Portuguese public service. It is not acceptable that with so many guests there is only one person to take care of every time... The hotel's jacuzzi, which is included in the price, has ice water and only smoke 2 air outlets. So it is almost impossible to be. Nice but useless... In the pay-payed SPA, there are tb aspects to improve for that, because when paid and within a 4 stars, you cannot have doors to drag through the floor, for example, as you have in the women's toilet. Tb there are security doors that do not open in the bars what is very strange and the most strange is still not there is security equipment in the kitchen as an extinguisher or shelter as it has a fog.
However, the reconstruction has been successful and I hope that these aspects will be improved quickly because I wanted to return to the hotel.

MMariaIt is a very familiar and quiet hotel, a lot of English tourism, there are no animations or anything for young people, I do not recommend it for young people, in terms of food very little variety, and repeated meals, I must also say that there is a lot of cleanliness, but that yes, be careful where you book because I booked the all-inclusive here and it turns out that if you don't book through the hotel's official website you don't get all the drinks, I don't know why... the truth is that for a 5-star hotel it leaves a lot to be desired!

GGuest UserIt was a bit difficult to find at first, Very clean, nice furniture, I meet the manageress she’s a nice polite lady and gives time for you as valued client, (this pays off) I tried to get an extra day a the special rate however she explained very well why it wasn’t possible at that monument, very quiet place this was one of my, only prob kitchen area light and a power outlet wasn’t working .
