"The problem I encountered was that due to the itinerary, I divided the two order dates differently, but it was three consecutive days. I sent e-amll 2 times to the hotel to inform the hotel that the hotel needed to arrange the same room number for 3 days, but did not reply to me. I checked in smoothly on the first night. It is also determined that the counter staff is staying for 3 nights. After entering the room, I also found that the double bed was small. It was different from the photo. When I was ready to comb, I found that the bathtub was not well drained, like blocked water. Finally, I used a chopstick to take out the toilet paper in the drainage hole and some hair. I think the hotel cleaning staff did not find this problem. The next day we went out, the housekeeping staff mistakenly thought that we only stayed for one day. We were scared when we entered the room at night. Our luggage was gone. My husband went to the counter to ask clearly. Fortunately, there was no missing. I feel that the hotel has not confirmed it clearly again. Because the relationship between the hot air balloon festival in New Mexico, the price has risen by $210-230 and the real room is not worth it at all. There is no shuttle bus to the hot air balloon festival. Some hotels have shuttle buses, and I booked it in early July. Anyway, I sent e-amll without a response, I can only call to ask, not suitable for people who don't speak English to order"

"The stay was great, the hotel was clean and up to date to how Tru hotels are. Check in was a little long because we had to hunt down someone to check in at 830pm. Breakfast was a little sub par as well, comparing it to all the other Tru hotels we have stayed. Overall I would stay again."

"I really appreciated the staff , real problem solvers and genuinely nice people. One even helped me find a less expensive place to stay to fit my budget. Complimentary coffee ( varied options) , water dispenser in lobby, and a fantastic very large tv in the bedroom were some draw cards. I could use my Netflix membership easily . I didn’t get the included breakfast as I booked through a third party so explore booking direct . The breakfast sounded good:) . It certainly offers a far nicer ambience than the less expensive place I relocated to . Their Nice carefully picked staff make a big difference. They should all be complimented ! :)"

"It's relatively clean for this price. The pillowcases are a bit damp, but the sheets are OK. The bathroom is clean. After the plane arrived at night, I waited for 30 minutes and made two or three phone calls before the hotel came to pick me up, but the drivers I met were very enthusiastic. Breakfast included waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, oats, potatoes, etc., and the taste was good. Overall it was OK."

"I thought the location was great. Downtown is relatively slow moving but it seems create easy access to the rest of the city. The rooms are relatively basic I got to experience the ones with an updated bathroom and the ones without. The gym is very lackluster and the pool is even more so. Staff is hit or miss. Some people were kind and attentive, others were not. There’s definitely construction going on so there are the sounds of that happening throughout the hotel. Other than that there’s not much more to tell. Nothing that really stands out in a negative or positive way."

The customer service was initially great upon check in. Since I have been driving cross country I didn’t really have time to check the details about the parking. When arrived I was told parking was booked and I told I could Park in the side street between the convenient store and the hotel. My car got broken into that night or early morning. Now the staff was good at that moment letting me use the room a little longer to figure out what to do and make sure the police report was good a ect. They had a camera on that street facing my car. This is were the customer service falls. Its been over a week of me ask and calling to request the video footage of the incident and I keep getting pushed to the side. Apparently no one know the situation with me getting the footage but the manager and the so called security team thats in charge with the videos footage. I have sent an email requesting it and have not received nothing. No call back in regards to the video footage. This is highly unprofessional when a customer had their vehicle broken into when staying on their property. I should have gotten the footage at least a day or two after the incident but a full week is crazy and i have to wait for a manager to be on site on Tuesday to get my situation resolved! Unprofessional and unacceptable.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After an extremely long family day at the Grand Canyon, we arrived at the hotel very late and completely exhausted. From the moment we walked in, the experience turned around thanks to the amazing staff. I especially want to recognize Mona, who was absolutely incredible. She immediately made my family feel welcome and taken care of, even though it was late and we were clearly worn out from the day. Mona was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, making sure we had everything we needed to get settled quickly and comfortably. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after such a long day of travel and exploring. But it was Mona’s level of service that really stood out. People like her make a huge difference and are the reason we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you again, Mona, for taking such great care of my family—it meant a lot after such a long day!

We booked a KING room, paid for it and received confirmation. Only after checking in and going to our room did we find out it was 2 double beds. When my husband went to switch rooms, one person at the desk said the kings were all booked and the other person at the desk said there was a remodel and there were not any King beds. I don't know which is true. Clearly they were not interested in helping us at all and since we had already unloaded all of our luggage we stayed there anyway. BEWARE that what you book may not be what you get and at the facility and that was not explained anywhere.

Overall this hotel is good if you just need a bed and a warm shower. The staff were friendly and very helpful! This is a no frills stay but gives you the necessities and a safe spot within the city. The hotel is gated to keep unwanted visitors out and our rental car was safe in the lot. The beds aren’t the nicest, very stiff, and the pillows were very flat- but for the price per night it was fine. We didn’t spend any time in the room except to shower and sleep- which this hotel was perfect for lol. Our room had a smoke smell to it, but we were fine dealing with it. Notified the front deals and they made sure to make a note of it so we weren’t charged smoking fee. Pros: cheap, nice helpful staff, hot shower, good water pressure, gated lot, decently safer area than further into Albuquerque.. Cons: hard bed, flat pillows, thin towels, landlord special upkeep lol.

The room that I stade the air conditioner made aloud noise when running. The hotel was out darted it is in need of a face lift. The hotel staff will not change your linen or do anything in your room if you are booked in for a week. They if you want clean sheets or tiles you have to bring them to the office and exchange them. If you have a stain of on them they are going to change you$25.00 per item even a face or hand towel. I thought that was crazy. I left a day earlier than when I was supposed to. I did take a video of the room. I just have figure how to up load it

Hotel is okay,it's an older unit in a rough part of town.Trash outside and inside my room, hallway and rear entrance was not emptied daily.Car in rear parking lot was vandalized while I was there, not my car, there were many warning signs not to leave valuables in cars.I was there 2 1/2 days never received new towels for the ones I used, although bathroom and room was clean when I arrived. Had a bad problem with the room door opening from the outside, I am fairly strong ,but I had to hip-check the door every time to get into my ,it's so obvious that cleaning staff must have reported It was that hard to open,I am easy-going but it needs reported and repaired.
