"I was very satisfied & pleasantly surprised after reading some of the older comments. It's really sad that some people are so harsh but... I was very satisfied except for the lack of hygiene products. I accidentally forgot mine... Woke up late after a late night at Knott's & unfortunately missed the breakfast & actually can't remember if I was able to get any coffee before I left. My only other issue was when, I initially was making my reservation, I needed to ensure that we were getting an ADA room as paid for & was hoping to get one on the first floor. It's a good thing I did call because the elevator wasn't in service & the first CS agent wasn't able to find a way to even find my reservation. I called back & when I spoke to a different CS agent, there was no problem, we received the first floor ADA room & us Disabled Vets were able to maneuver easily in/about/out of the room. Thank you to all of the staff who went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable!! I'm in the process of booking two more stays here for the Military Tribute Days at Knott's!!"

"I would like to commend the excellent customer service of the front desk staff especially Nike, Marilyn and the assistant manager, I believe his name is Tommy. They are very caring and went above and beyond just checking me in. Nike assisted us with our printing issues which helped us tremendously in preparing for our association’s event the following day. Tommy, helped me gather my stuff when I transferred to another room the next day due to fire alarm lights that wouldn’t turn off. That’s the only negative experience of my stay. There was a fire drill at 3am. The flashing light didn’t go off after the sound was turned off. The maintenance people had to work on the issue so I got transferred to another room. Tommy’s assistance during the move is much appreciated."

"Over all my stay there is really nice, the room is clean have extra towels, the only thing I don’t like is the smell of weeds, my room is Non smoking but I still smell the weeds from outside. I will definitely consider to come and check in again."

"The exterior facade leads to disappointment for the room inside Its small with little walking space. As soon as I set down my bag on the bed i notice a cigarette burn-on the top sheet used as a cover/comforter! And then another and another!! So I ring the front desk for fresh, clean replacement of bedding. They arrive within 10-20 minutes , i thank them. I pull the raggedy ones off and now there are also cigarette burns on the sheets. I booked a non-smoking room. Hmmm? Now I’m trying to overlook the fact and reason that all guests aren’t cut of the same cloth and the bedding did look as if it stayed for another visit once the guests were gone. But now as i unfold the promptly delivered fresh set they are slso designed by cigarette burn holes!!! Having pulled the pillows away from the headboard I see some sort of streak across the headboard that house-keeping didn’t. Oi vey! Now I’m walking to fetch a hot soapy washcloth , it seemed laundrred, I mean it was folded. Now on the wall where the towels are stocked it looks like a bad wipe off the walls of blood splatter? No matter cuz even if it was hair dye or chocolate it shouldn’t be left for anyone to notice!!! I was shocked with an assumption that house-keeping needs better sanitation training. I wanted to check out to book hopefully a sanitary room from anther Hotel Motel Holiday Inn! But everyone was booked and there weren’t any within my meager limits. And I spent $100 on this booking! I should have taken pictures as proof of my remarks but i was just keeping my wits not to go off into my darkness. Well you can always go see for yourself! "There is a nice amusement park nearby. It is also convenient for eating and shopping. The sofa bed in the hotel was made into a bed by someone, but no one came to make it. I told the front desk the next day and they said they would arrange it right away. When I came back, they made it into a bed, but there were no sheets or quilts. I was speechless. The sanitation was not cleaned either. I should have told the front desk. Anyway, I was not satisfied."

"the hotel was next to the freeway, which made it easier when leaving or coming back to the hotel. unfortunately, there are not many places in the area. the food places were nearby, and it would not have been more than 15 minutes, if walking. for the shoppers, sorry but there are no stores that are within a walking distance. one of the few hotels that supplied beds that were pretty comfortable, making their guests have a good night sleep. "

"A nice, quiet and clean hotel, used as a base to visit all the attractions in LA. 12 mins away from Disneyland makes this an attractive hotel as it is near enough to go back to the hoel after a late night in Disneyland. Few minutes drive nearby, you can find Chic Fil A, Ross Dress for Less, Target, Dennys, and many more, makes this hotel a gem. Recommended."
