"Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were disappointed that even though we were in a non-smoking room as all the rooms are. The people in the room next to us smoked in the walkway in front of their door during our stay. From the looks of the property (cigarette buts everywhere) there seems to be no enforcement of smoking restrictions. The property needs a designated smoking area away from non smokers."

"Exactly as expected"

"The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Unfortunately the check-in experience significantly impacted our stay. After a long trip, we were forced to sign up to attend a timeshare presentation, which added unnecessary stress and disrupted our plans. Immediately after check in we were directed to talk with the sales associate who spun a story about it being a 5 minute video for a free breakfast , etc. After driving for several hours with two hot kids we were tired and worn down so agreed to attend. Once we got to our room we did some research and found out that it was a 2 hour presentation with a sales team to sell you a timeshare. Although we attempted to cancel, a $20 deposit was still charged to our credit card. This experience made us uncomfortable returning to the lobby incase we ran into anymore pressure to attend the sales pitch at another time, causing us to miss out on amenities and feel generally anxious for our stay. 
While the resort itself has many great features, the aggressive sales approach and lack of clear communication around cancellations really ruined the experience for us."
