"I had an excellent business stay at Holiday Inn. The location is super convenient, saving me a lot of travel time and effort. The hotel environment is simple and fresh, and the room was tidy and well-organized. All the toiletries and office facilities I needed were available, and the layout was sensible and not cramped. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and the service was professional and thoughtful, not noisy at all, making it perfect for both rest and work. It offers outstanding value for money and consistent quality, making it an efficient and worry-free choice for business trips."

"This airport hotel is very large, with a pleasant, clean, and safe environment. The rooms are decent, typical Marriott standard. My room came with executive lounge access, so I asked the front desk what time the executive lounge service ended. They told me 5 PM to 11 PM. However, when we arrived at 7:30 PM, the catering service had already finished, and there were only some packaged snacks and water left. The hotel is huge, and the shuttle bus runs 24/7 every 15 minutes, which is very convenient."

"It's suitable for one night stay, but the stupidest airport pick-up service is that the front desk is too busy to arrange the pick-up at all. Some guests waited for 2 hours for the shuttle to pick them up."

"Once we got to the hotel the receptionist was great. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We arrived to EWR at 10 pm and waited for the Shuttle for an hour while other hotel's Shuttles kept coming and going several times. Called the hotel several times and got a recording and was sent a link to track the Shuttle which was worthless. We eventually took an Uber. When we got to the hotel right behind us a group of stewardisses and pilots that were also waiting for the Shuttle had to take Ubers. Unfortunate that the Shuttle service did not measure up because the hotel was great."

"I've stayed at the Courtyard in Colombo before and it was great, but this Courtyard is not the same as the other Courtyard. There are small shops all around, the speakers are very loud, the soundproofing in the room is poor, all kinds of noises are very noisy, it's hard to open the window in the room, the bedding is very average, there are no slippers, I don't dare to walk around, I usually don't write reviews, just want to remind my Chinese friends"

"Needed to go to Prudential Center for a concert and decided that it is within walking distance. Check in was terrible. The front lady forgot about me after telling me to wait for 10 mins for my room. I requested for a room near the elevator as I hate walking down a long corridor, BUT she gave me the furthest room, next to the Exit stairs. Sigh….. Bed was comfortable. Rest of the room was ok but hot water took too long to heat up and the water pressure was pathetic. Elevator was slow and we had to wait a long time for the 2 elevators. Then in the evening one elevator broke down. The wait was excruciating long! At 1.30 am I got woken up by bratty kids stomping on my Neighbour’s door. And the nightmare began when the Neighbour from Hell decided to have a party in their room. I called the reception 3 times and they promised that they would send a security guard to ask them to quieten down. But the moment I hang up, I could hear their phone ring! No one came up and the noise continued. After the third call, someone finally came up and the party finally went away. I had to tolerate 3 hours of noise. The day before I was told that the airport shuttle would leave on the hour, every hour. So I came down at 7.45 am only to be told that it is half past every hour. So I had to wait for 45 mins in the lobby. At the lobby there were stragglers sleeping in the lobby. Overall I won’t come back to this hotel."

"This was a layover hotel for us and it did the trick. It is only about 15 minutes away from Teminal C at EWR and also has shuttles that can drop you to the airport. Remember to call ahead of time and book your slot because the shuttle runs at scheduled time and can be full. They have a decent spread for breakfast. The reception is very helpful as well."

"The room was spacious and fully equipped. Hot water, coffee and tea were available free of charge 24 hours a day. There was a free shuttle bus to and from Newark Airport. The surroundings were quiet and there was no noise to disturb my sleep."
