"Gabby and Derek were charming as usual and the checking in process was great. The bathroom in my room had hair matted in a corner and an additional used wash cloth was hanging on the shower curtain rod. I still consider this hotel as one of my favorites and a hiccup or two won’t prevent me from coming back. The amenities and breakfast are nice and the staff are always pleasant and welcoming."

"Location was great, size if room was nice. Was given a roo. With a big orange stain in the carpet. The TV for the size of the room was extremely small. When booking I called to see if the breakfast was hot was yes.....there was limited coffee....hard muffins and juice. Bathroom. For location of hotel and size of room was small. Shower curtain had stains on it."

It's also expensive and low in foreign countries. As soon as the automatic door of the lobby opened the damp, rotten musty smell came on my face. I knew it was finished. Sure enough, the old room was even more unbearable! When choosing the hotel, seeing the renovation in recent years, the fact is, no! Not recommended"

"We had higher expectations for Renaissance in terms of hardware and amenities. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good for the price. “Starbucks” is NOT a real Starbucks, just a counter service with a coffee machine. The staff in charge were not very professional and the machine was malfunctioned when I tried to make a purchase."
