There are a lot of bugs, a lot of moths, and there are a lot of flies in the breakfast dining area. I lose my appetite every day, and my breakfast every day is in vain. I want to escape every day. Finally left.

The hotel location is excelent, close to the university. Breakfast was normal. The only bad thing was that my matress smelled of urine. I hope this is not the case for all rooms and this was just bad luck.

This hotel is super run down. The beds are not comfortable at all. The breakfast is not tasty. The coffee is okay. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. That was the only great thing about this hotel. If you are staying 1 night, will suffice but not more than.

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times and have found it a convenient location to restaurants, stores, Cayuga Lake wineries & parks. Rooms are comfortable, you are able to park outside your room with sliding door access, hot breakfast is great, staff are very congenial. It's a bit older, but clean.

The AC unit is missing a bottom cover that exposed wires hazard. Also the air filter needs to be replaced.
