"The reception staff are warmhearted and responsive. Classic American breakfast, nice coffee, and it got a public golf club nearby which is good for walking. Also the location is convenient to downtown and airport in Louisville."

"I stayed 2 nights the first time. Wasn't to bad then besides the owners trying to get you to pay deposit when I already paid online and read the entire detail before I booked it and it did not show anything bout 50 cash deposit. Then I decided to stay a 3rd night due to my house flooding, but the 3rd nite. The lady was arguing with me bout I have to pay 50 deposit cash on top of my card already being charged. Again no deposit was ever mentioned on the sight. I showed her I already paid and had it all pulled up. Worse of all of it was the 3rd night. That room was super stinky. Poor condition and run down. I'll never stay there again."

"Hotel was booked to see the eclipse. The reviews said had pool. The pool was drained and looked as if it had not been used in years. Walking into the lobby, every picture from every room was there as if remodeling was happening. In fact, there was no remodeling happening. The shower/bathroom looked as if it had not been cleaned in years. The bottom of the tub was stained black. I went to the local Wal-Mart and got cleaning supplies to clean the tub. Also bought pillows for us to sleep with as the pillows in the room were paper thin. The only thing I can say good about our stay was the beds were very comfortable."
