The house is 3300 square feet and is comprised of 3 levels. The first floor is an open concept and features the living room, a half bath, the kitchen, dining area and laundry room . The second floor houses three of the bedrooms and the 3rd floor is the fourth bedroom and a balcony with gorgeous ocean views.. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom. The house has been tastefully decorated with custom furnishings and amenities. The art work has been procured from local Costa Rican artists and the wood work is hand made from a local wood artisan. There are three stories of glass windows for breathtaking views that overlook the private pool, the ocean and the beautiful tropical gardens.There are two spacious master suites. The first one is located on the third floor and features a king size bed, floor to ceiling windows and a large en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a dual shower. The jetted tub is in front of large windows that give a breathtaking view of the ocean. This master suite also features a terrace with a beautiful partial ocean view.
