This spacious 1400+ sq. foot condo has a beautiful view of Lake Hamilton from it's big picture windows and two balconies. It is centrally located just off Central Ave., the main street through Hot Springs, 7 mins from Oaklawn and just 14 mins from downtown. It is thoroughly updated including all new windows. The large family room has a 65" big screen TV and two couches. One couch is a queen size sleeper and the other two built-in recliners. There are also TVs in both bedrooms. Whether enjoying our spectacular sunrises with a cup of coffee or relaxing by the pool with a cold beverage, you will feel right at home.
