A stackable washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen for washing and drying your beach towels and swimsuits.Entering into the open concept living and entertainment area, the room is immersed in natural light echoed by the shimmering sun glistening off the lake. You'll immediately be drawn to the large glass doors that open up onto your private balcony where you can enjoy patio dining and seating. Too cold outside? Light yourself a fire in our wood-burning fireplace.Coming back inside, you'll love the comfortable furnishings we've provided. This oversized living area is perfect for entertaining! Have a seat and read one of the books on the built-in bookshelf. Conveniently located off Central Ave (that leads straight to Oaklawn and Bathhouse Row), we are within minutes of anything you could possibly need or want. Guest parking is available near the condo and throughout the property. We kindly ask that you avoid parking in any other reserved parking space.ACCESSIBILITY: Ground floor entry unit. Enter through the security gates by entering the gate code, to be given upon confirmation, into the keypad located in front of the mailboxes. There is an entrance gate and an exit gate.
