"We planned a stakeholders meet for about 40 people at the lodge with a buffet lunch with some specific dietary requirements. The management was very cooperative initially. But on the day of the planned activity. We just walk into a facility with no prior arrangements as to where we would sit and hold a meeting let alone anyone to welcome and guide us. The managers then started blaming on each other on the shortfall of their duties . The specific diet )luncheon was not served but we had to pay for it as well. The manager was no where apologetic. It was overly priced for very poor service and attitude of the staff."

"*Well! It's a well located lodge though with limited parking space. *The atmosphere is good with some greens all over the place, which actually gives it a nature feel. *The rooms are perfect with that grass roofing, it makes the room fresh all day all night regardless of the days weather. *The value for the rooms is also good. *About the Noise, there is literally no noise especially that you don't even play loud music around. *There are very receptive people around, down to earth and easy to work with. Generally, i didn't find any challenges around for my three days stay."

"The highlight is the crater lake besides the hotel where you can swim surrounded by jungle, monkeys and birds. You have many different types of monkeys around the lodge and it’s a great spot to do yoga while watching the sunset. I also saw mongooses! The room was basic but comfortable. There was a power cut and the hot water didn’t last, but it happens in this part do the world! And the beauty of the place compensate it. The staff is very nice too."

"Thanks to the manager and chef, Joseph, and the two, they were really flexible in responding to our orders and were able to spend a comfortable time. There was a little internet problem when we stayed, but the next morning we arranged a contractor and improved it. Especially recommended at this inn is the dinner of Chef Joseph. They are of a hidden restaurant quality, and honestly, I never thought I would meet such authentic food in such a rural town in Africa. All the ingredients were fresh, the seasoning was elegant and very delicious. Thank you very much!"

"We stopped here for lunch. It has a few easy street parking spots. The restaurant is rambling and we were led through it to a lovely spot on the back porch. Service was very friendly and the pizza was good. Portions are LARGE and my daughter and I wished we had split a pizza. The dessert menu looked good but I had no room left for dessert."
