"I am a Hilton Diamond member and stay at this location a few times as I do have business in Ponca City. I will never stay here again as they are not focused on accomodating their guests just meeting revenue metrics. I had to cancel my business trip due to hospitilization and I was within the 24 hour cancellation window and they had no empathy for my plight and refused to accomodate the cancellation. Stood behind the cancellation policy directly to me and back to the Hilton Diamond desk. I expect to be back in Ponca City for business in the future but this property will not get my business. Short sighted response to a guest with a unusual circumstance. I disagree with how they handled it but they showed their true colors. It's not about the guest so if you stay here hopefully you won't need anyting out of the policy as they won't accomodate."

"The location is somewhat hidden, and the sign at the road isn't very noticeable, so we drove right past the hotel and had to double back. Our room was nice. And clean... mostly. I know the environment here is fairly humid, but it's possible to keep a bathroom mold-free anyway, and ours wasn't. The sink's drain couldn't keep up; that's relatively easy to fix. So I'm at 4 stars instead of 5. The bed was comfortable enough, but I chose the wrong pillow - didn't realize until morning that the two were different. I chose "bean bag", and should have chosen "firm" (I'm a side sleeper). It's not the hotel's fault that the folks across the hall got in after midnight and spent a fair amount of time loudly going in and out, but I do wish the doors stopped sound better. Would we stay again? Yes - hoping they'll see this review and redouble efforts to keep the bathrooms clean and the drains draining."

"I paid more to stay at this hotel because it advertised an indoor pool, but it was out of order for our entire stay. If your pool is not operable, it should say that on your website. Also the breakfast the first morning was late and the worker was unprofessional."
