"So gross and smelly. Had to go buy a comforter, pillow, and towel from Walmart, just to get through the night. Disgusting and felt unsafe honestly. Stayed at another one in TN and it was SO much better quality and cleanliness. So I guess it's just this particular location of Days Inn that's bad."

"Our room was ok, but there were odd smells in the hallways and elevator including strong smoke and body odors. No odors in our room though and it was comfortable and clean. Not in the best section of town but we never felt unsafe. Not the best hotel but not the worst. The old saying “ you get what you pay for” applies. It’s not luxurious, but it’s sufficient and comfortable, close to Cincinnati and northern ky attractions that we wanted to be close to. Cost ＜$90, so excellent price."

"The reception lady (an Indian-type lady) was so rude. Her every word was like screaming—no smile or politeness. We felt insecure. They mentioned breakfast was included. There were not a minimum qualities of breakfast! Only small cup of coffee and and some unhealthy (expired) cookies. We dumped all cookies in the garbage bin."
