"The hotel has great potential, which it fails to realize. The staff is completely untrained and awkward in dealing with foreigners, speaks absolutely no English, and is not very attentive. However, this is not the staff's fault, but rather the fault of poor management. The hotel is in a great location, but it would benefit from more comfortable furniture (the restaurant and terrace tables only have uncomfortable wooden chairs). Unfortunately, it's not a place to linger. The lighting in the evening is harsh and neon-like. The restaurant closes as early as 7 pm. The food is really bad compared to other restaurants or street food stalls. The interior decor is actually nice, but it feels lifeless. A few plants would significantly improve the atmosphere. The price-performance ratio (140 euros per night) is completely unacceptable. We found it so bad that we only stayed one night instead of the two we had booked, even though the booking was non-refundable. Our conclusion: All show and no substance."

The room was dusty, the bedsheets were stained, and the walls were not soundproof, causing noise from the next room to disturb us. The hotel should not give guests rooms that are closed for renovations. There were only two staff members when we checked in, which was insufficient to serve customers. The resort was quite dark with limited lighting. The breakfast lacked variety and did not look clean."

"The staffs are very good. The room is spacious. Although it is 2 km from the main road, the entrance road may not be very smooth, but a sedan can drive slowly in. The atmosphere is good and quiet. In the morning, you can see the fog from afar. But unfortunately, the water facilities are almost not warm. The bathtub is difficult to adjust to turn off the water because the equipment is broken. And the sink on the left side is slow to drain. You have to pull the screw to close the pipe. You can't watch satellite TV in Thailand because there is no signal. But overall, it is quite good. The overall picture is not very busy, suitable for relaxing in a quiet place. The atmosphere is good. At night, the air gradually gets cooler, about 22 degrees Celsius."
