"Disappointed with this establishment. It was a deluxe room with a bay window, but it overlooked the parking lot right next to reception. In other words, no privacy at all. The road was just below, and the soundproofing was terrible, so it was very noisy. And despite the photos, there was no pool... way too expensive for what was offered."

"Wanted a weekend away. Managed to get one of the cabins on the beach here in Kiama. Just amazing location. So peaceful and relaxing and only 90 minutes from Sydney. Arrived Friday afternoon and was enjoying a bbq dinner on the deck watching the ocean as the sun went down. Woke up to the sun rising over the Pacific Ocean after a great nights sleep listening to the waves crashing on the beach. Best way to get away and relax."

"We thourghly enjoyed every moment of our stay at Shutters By The Sea. The studio was well appointed, view was beautiful and the host Marilyn was perfect. Listening to the waves and the little blowhole was just what we needed to relax. Our breakfast provision was plentiful and we were also greeted with a bottle of bubbly and cheese platter on arrival. The local cafes and stores are all a short drive and appointed with some of the friendliest people around. "Top Shop" located 4 minutes drive away has an array of local and organic products to try as well as any essential items we needed. We will definitely be returning to visit Marilyn and beautiful Kiama again in the near future. Danielle and Damien"
