Rooms are comfortable and clean, food - unparallelled, true restaurant quality. Nelly prepared our itinerary with gorillas trekking ideally, she picked us up at Kihihi airfield and told us a lot about the area. It's a true difference to be hosted by the locals who truly love their region."

"It was my Birthday when we check in into this lovely place. We were greeted at the entrance by the well trained staff member who leaded us to our room. Later in the evening we were having my Birthday celebration together with htl Manager Magezi Richard amazingly cultured and polite man who is globally aware so we have a lot of things to talk about. All of a sudden lights went out and we heard a staff singing "Happy Birthday to You" song entering into canteen and bringing a birthday cake ordered earlier by our wonderful guide Muzamilu Chance the owner of Chance Tour Uganda. It was absolutely unforgettable moments and I really enjoyed it. I would highly recommend Magezi Richard as your next host in Uganda. Thank you so much!"

"I was very pleasantly surprised here. The lodges were very spacious, clean and comfortable . There was a lovely view from the balcony. The hotel is just a short drive from Bwindi National Park. The hotel supplied us with gaiters, raincoats and walking poles. The food and packed lunches were good. The staff here are absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble, they cleaned our boots when we returned and looked after our washing.Would highly recommend Trackers."

"The setting cannot be topped. Nestled in a rainforest...an impenetrable rainforest at that, this lodge has spectacular views and grounds. The rooms were nice. The service was friendly and thoughtful. The lodge/dining hall could be improved with better lighting, and the food was...fine. We stayed at another property later from same company (Eagle's Nest at Lake Mburo), which we enjoyed more. But this is a super good place to stay if you are in the area for Gorillas, which we were."
