"Large hotel. Onsen was nice esp the outdoor one but it was hard to find dinner unless you eat their hotel buffet or drive out. Since we didn’t have a car and came by bus, our only choices for dinner was the buffet (which looked decent but we are not big eaters) and bar food."

The floor-to-ceiling windows in the lobby offer stunning views, and there's complimentary coffee ☕️ and drinks 🥤, allowing you to linger and admire the scenery. The view of Lake Hibari from outside the hotel is breathtaking… (Tickets are only 1000 yen with the hotel, highly recommended – a truly wonderful lake cruise experience!) Walking into the Goshikinuma (Five-Colored Pond) in the mountains is also breathtakingly beautiful. The hotel's open-air baths offer both lake and mountain views, making for a wonderful onsen experience. ♨️"

"We enjoyed En Resort, a ski in ski out hotel. Although location is far from JR train station, the hotel provides complimentary shuttle bus service to and fro the train station. Shuttle bus service to the ski centre is on demand, so it is really convenient. Or just ski in ski out from hotel. Facilities at hotel includes public bath, heated swimming pool, complimentary massage chair, table tennis table, coffee at lobby, marshmallow roasting at lobby, laundry room, complimentary ice cream. Ski lift passes and ski/snowboard rental available at hotel. Lockers available too. We stayed for 5 days with half board meals. Totally enjoyed the food. Staff at reception and restaurant are very friendly."
