Hotel is something apart. Rooms are very beautifully furnished and everything was very clean. Personal very friendly. Breakfast was top and is included in the price. For the price top hotel, please again.

The breakfast was not included in the order. I went to the hotel and asked the waiter. They said that they included breakfast, so if you want to consult anything, you should go to the store or call and ask.

We booked the hotel in the short term. Since we arrive late, we get an access code to open the entrance door and the room. It works perfectly. The room is small but practically furnished. From the 2 single beds we make a double bed quickly. Our room goes out to the large parking (free) and is very quiet with it. The TV works. A depletion table and 2 hockers can be used as a very small box area. The bathroom is small, but still equipped with all-round washing gel in the washing basin and shower. One oven is also available. 2 towels per person. There is no breakfast because of corona requirements, but several snack machines if you feel hungry or thirst. A breakfast bag ”to go” can be pre-ordered at the reception at the opening hours. We have not seen any staff in the 2 days, therefore cannot also assess the service. The room was very clean.

There really is nothing physically wrong with this property. A nice looking property that is not really old and with decent facilities. Guest rooms are a bit small but appropriate for the Mercure brand and quit well appointed and A/C that works. No, the issues are all related how this property is run. The rooms, especially the bathrooms are simply not clean, with dirty toilets and mold on the tile. The wall mounted shampoo container was empty upon arrival and never replenished. If one takes a closer look at the overall quality of housekeeping in the rooms, once comes to the conclusion that it really is quite terrible. The carpets in the public areas are dirty and in desperate need of shampooing or replacing. The property has a ” great room” that is used for meetings and get togethers. But it is also used for screaming children early in the morning, although this room is surrounded by an atrium arrangement with many guest rooms. Net, net - this property needs to either step up or find a new management company. The only positive I can come up with is that the front desk staff is friendly and helpful.

Ich dachte, ich bin in einem schlechten Film. Am Anfang war ich in einem Zimmer untergebracht, da funktionierte weder Heizung noch Klima. Im Zimmer war es um die 18 Grad kalt. Ok, kann ja passieren, ich nehme eine warme Dusche - ach warmes Wasser gibt es an diesem Abend auch nicht - der Lift funktionierte an diesem Tag vorübergehend auch nicht. An der Rezeption wusste man Bescheid, passiert ist aber nichts. Nach zwei sehr kalten Nächten erhielt ich ein neues Zimmer - Heizungen funktionierten auch dort nicht - es blieb sehr kalt. Eine Putzfrau sagte mir noch „Problem im ganzen Hotel“. Warmes Wasser hatte ich auch im neuen Zimmer von da zwei Nächten nur einmal. Das „Premium Zimmer“ hatte viele Abnützungsspuren - sonst ist es sehr zweckmässig. Das WLAN ist unbrauchbar, nicht einmal Mails kann man verschicken. Zudem kam das Putzteam trotz Schild an der Tür 2x einfach rein… Ein Plus ist das Frühstück, cooles und leckeres Angebot und sehr nettes Personal. Schade müssen solche Leute in so einem Hotel arbeiten, sie können nichts für den katastrophalen Service und müssen beim Morgenessen schlechtgelaunte Gäste bedienen. Ich würde in Krefeld sicherlich niemehr in diesem Hotel übernachten - empfehlen kann ich es beim besten Willen nicht.

I booked this on a last minute and I paid for it. The room was okay but lacked many of the amenities I am used to. The beds are rock hard and is difficult to get a good nights rest. The internet is absolutely horrible!!!! I even paid for the upgrade and it still crashes. There is no gym/pool so no ability to get a workout in. The restaurant that is attached is way overpriced with a limited selection. To top it off I had to flag my server to pay in the kitchen and I witnessed a mouse run from one side to the other. Needless to say I have not eaten anything there again. This hotel should only be considered if it is a last option.
