Borrman Hotels in Kunming

The room was excellent, spacious and clean, exceeding our expectations. We also appreciated the airport transfer service. The two 1.5-meter beds were very large, and the bathroom and towels were spotless, as were the sheets! The hotel itself was fantastic, and I was pleasantly surprised upon check-in. However, around midnight, a large family checked into the two rooms next to ours and were incredibly loud. They left their doors open while talking, and their children were shouting in the hallway, waking up my entire family. I tried to tell them to be quiet at the door, but it didn't work, so I called the front desk to handle it. Only then did they close their doors, and we were finally able to get some sleep. While the hotel's hardware facilities are excellent, especially the cleanliness, the soundproofing is terrible. You can hear every word spoken outside very clearly. I think the hotel should remind all guests checking in after 11 PM not to make noise in the hallways. Everyone has early or late flights, so shouldn't there be some mutual consideration? Those guests were really awful!

The room is clean and tidy. This is my third time choosing this hotel for a business trip. They offer free airport shuttle service, and it's only about a 10-minute drive from the hotel to the airport. The service attitude is impeccable, I highly recommend it!
