I have to give a huge shout-out to this hotel's service! From the booking confirmation to check-out, every single step felt incredibly caring and attentive. The front desk staff had a warm smile when checking me in, and not only proactively upgraded my room type but also thoughtfully marked out a food map of the surrounding area. What truly touched me were the details of the room service – seeing that I had my laptop for work, they specifically brought up two extra bottles of mineral water. Everyone was genuinely enthusiastic, polite, and incredibly quick to respond. This kind of service, where they truly put the guest first, is so rare and precious. Staying here felt just like coming home; it was so warm. I will absolutely be coming back again and again!

A perfect stay! The room was bright and clean, with excellent hygiene and comfortable bedding. The facilities were complete and quite new, plus there was a little robot delivering items. The lobby even offered complimentary tea, which was a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. The location is incredibly convenient, right at Kunming Station, making it super easy to catch high-speed trains – just a few hundred meters walk. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, so you can just step out for a meal. The value for money is exceptional. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this place again next time!
