"Our family booked a stay last April 2023, so it was only natural to book this venue for our April 2024 PA trip. We were disappointed in the condition of the room because both closet doors were broken perhaps by the previous occupant. The photos tell the story and the front desk. The other issue involved the loud noise in the hallway made by unsupervised children going to or coming from the pool area around 8:45 ish."

"The most terrible experience of living in the United States. Location is on the track, at night it is very scary to leave the room, and behind the car that stands at the parking lot of the motel. At night there are some suspicious personalities around the hotel, and you really feel unsafe. In the morning woke up bitten by cloops. I put two stars for service only because I was allowed to leave the deposit in cash rather than a bank card. To the cafe and restaurants it is necessary to go minutes 10-15"

"Great Stay – Better Than Expected! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Lancaster, PA and had a really good experience. Nothing over-the-top fancy, but everything was solid and definitely better than we expected. Do not expect much on the breakfast but it was fine and will definitely fill your tummies! The location is great – close to restaurants, shops, and local spots, which made getting around super easy. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the whole place felt well-kept. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. We also liked the facilities – especially the gym and pool – both were clean and not too crowded. One thing we really appreciated was the easy mobile check-out. Super convenient and saved us time in the morning – no need to wait in line. Overall, a smooth, hassle-free stay. Would definitely consider coming back if we're in the area again!"

"This hotel is located right in downtown Lancaster, with a restaurant and Starbucks on the ground floor of the lobby. There are also Chinese and Japanese restaurants within walking distance. For this small county, it's considered the best hotel. The two 1.5-meter beds can easily accommodate 3-4 people."

"Charming stay with lovely vintage vibes, very much in keeping with the local area. The location is excellent, and the diner next door is perfect for breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable, though some features are showing their age, our sink had cracks, and the bathroom suite felt very dated. Check-in was also very slow as the receptionist seemed unsure, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. We had also booked with the promise of a ‘Welcome Gift on arrival,’ but reception had no idea what this referred to, so nothing was provided. While it was a pleasant one-night stop, and we appreciated the character, I don’t think we’d choose to stay again."

The hotel is very new, with a shopping and dining area right across the street. It has a swimming pool, gym, and fruit and drinks in the lobby. The rooms are huge, quiet, tidy, and fully equipped. The only downside is the breakfast, which is a bit lacking in variety."

"New hotel which is why we booked. The breakfast was mediocre. Could do with a healthy option like plain greek yoghurt. 24/7 coffee wasn't really a thing: after about 10pm the lights in the breakfast area of the lobby were turned off and the coffee cold or often removed completely."

We got the room with the Jacuzzi and it was clean and fully operational. We were extremely happy and satisfied with our stay here and in the future will always try and stay at the best Western and if available a best Western plus."

No handrails anywhere on property to assist. Staff was noticeable absent, but pleasant when around. Grounds and gardens were nice and breakfast was good. Driveway is difficult to exit."
