"We were very disappointed in this hotel. Our room was not cleaned daily, despite us asking both the front desk and the cleaners for this. Half of the washing machines and dryers were broken. The breakfast was poor, with low quality ingredients, and no fresh fruit. Also, the staff did not keep the breakfast items stocked up, which meant that many things had run out. When we asked to speak to the manager, we were told that they were not available. When trip.com tried to contact the hotel, they also received no response. I would advise to avoid this hotel unless the management turn things around."

"This place is sketchy....which is fine if it had a price tag to match. I thought I was going to get the quality of the Wyndham brand. Nope. My "pool view" that I paid for...well the pool and spa are permanently closed. The bed frames are made of planks of wood, wall brackets where things once hung, stains on the chairs, exposed wires hanging out of the ceiling above the bed."

"Booked a King room, it was huge! Very nice hotel, only downside is $20 to use their carapark and there isn’t a sign to tell you this. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning but have to pay for breakfast if you want it."
