"The hotel's advantages include free parking. It was very busy, with many tour groups staying there, and there was a queue for breakfast. I booked a triple room, but upon arrival I discovered the third bed was a narrow, fold-down bed against the wall, which wasn't very comfortable."

"The room was fairly clean, and the bed was okay, about the standard of a budget hotel. There was a shared kitchen, so you could cook something if you felt like it. However, there was one problem: the room was incredibly hot! It was a sunny day when I stayed, and the hotel roof absorbed heat extremely well. Even with the window open, there was almost no ventilation. I didn't fall asleep until after 2 AM because of the heat."

"The room was extremely small. The hotel reception was below the parking lot, requiring a climb up stairs, which was very inconvenient for people carrying large suitcases. The room itself was small, yet it was crammed with two large armchairs, a stool, a coffee table, and a shelf, making it completely overcrowded. There wasn't even room for suitcases, so we had to move the armchair next to the shelf to the door, which made getting in and out of the room very difficult. Furthermore, the hotel divided the two 0.8-meter single beds with a bedside table, creating three narrow areas less than 40 centimeters wide. I really don't know what the hotel owner was thinking. The two single beds were only 0.8 meters wide, which wasn't bad, but the mattresses were incredibly soft, nearly 30 centimeters thick. When someone sat on them, half the bed would sink down, and things on the bed would fall off. At night, if you were even slightly off-center, you would slide down. This was the worst hotel I stayed in during this trip, bar none. I really wanted to give this hotel a zero, but considering the front desk service was decent, I'll let it slide. Also, the restaurant was extremely small and cramped—the most cramped hotel restaurant I've ever seen."

"This is a very big hotel/resort. Perhaps it's the room price we choose, It's alike a student hostel. However room is clean. Toilet is abit old and small."

"Perfect! This sums up this hotel in one word. Cosy, atmospheric, warm, comfortable, lovely room, great staff, great food in a great location with great ski trails. Also has a nice ski stall hut. I have to add some more characters otherwise trip advisor won't accept it - how stupid is that!"

"We were there with our camper, and it was the best-maintained campsite of our trip. Clean, modern restrooms. The site is a good size, and the pitches have grass (not gravel or artificial turf), which we like. It's a 10-minute walk to the lake and a 30-minute walk to the city center. The neighboring highway is barely noticeable."
