"Nice hotel located on the outskirts of Limerick. Around 25 minutes brisk walk into the centre. Usefully located on the main bus route from the airport. They were also happy to accommodate a later check in due to my flight arriving out of hours. Very pleasant stay, room was clean and staff very friendly. There is a bar downstairs; many people have complained about the noise however I was placed in a room at the back of the hotel and didn't get any of the noise. The rooms could use a bit of an update if anything, for example bigger beds and more modern furniture but at least it doesn't feel like a chain hotel. I'd definitely return if I was in Limerick as it's a good value option for accommodation compared to other places in the city."

"Located in the suburbs of LIMERICK, surrounded by Irish countryside, the scenery is beautiful, and you can take a walk along the trail around the hotel in the morning. It is about 1-1.5 hours drive from the Burren National Park and the Cliffs of Moher. I stayed here to be closer to the Cliffs of Moher the next day. But the hotel did not have hot water that day! Taking a cold shower in winter is simply miserable. It was said that the equipment was broken and the repairman could only come the next day."

We drove around for a long time before finding the hotel door on the pedestrian street. In the end, I found a roadside parking space temporarily and dragged the box to walk past. This is very bad. But the front desk is particularly enthusiastic! Tell us a lot! The breakfast the next day was great. The room is small and fine but clean, quiet, and there is everything. In this place in the UK, the price is still too high."

The staff were all very pleasant & helpful, the barman was incredibly efficient in spite of being overrun (help did arrive) at times. The bar menu was good as was the food.
