Special thanks to our guide Sheddy for his deep knowledge and enthusiasm, our tracker Allan for his sharp eyes and calm professionalism, and our butler Richmond for his warm service and thoughtful care throughout the stay. Every part of the experience — from the game drives to the meals — was exceptional. We hope to return one day!”

HHol LabsThis has to be one of the nicest hotel in the safari. We stayed at the newly built 2 bedrooms plunge pool villa, it is spectacular! Everything is perfect, from the interior design, panorama view, pool, amenities, beds, service and everything is amazing! Our safari guide is the best, he is great with children and also very knowledgeable on everything in the reserve from animals, birds, trees, insects and roads, on and off roads. The kitchen staffs offers us delicious meals everyday, everything is perfect!

Service is very poor from breakfast to dinner ...next day, few of us felt sick after eating pudding at dinner...waiters are in an other world most of the time and expecting you to tips them for buffet service...
The front door light was broken. Just good for pick up and drop of to krugger.

AAung_AungThe hotel is nice itself with a lot of kitchen stuff to make your food and even with a braii (BBQ facility) in place. The surrounding is lovely with a small pool next to luxury rooms. The Marlothi park is another game reserve near Kruger and we even found some animals at night on the street to hotel.
