"We arrive yesterday just for a weekend with our kids. 2 and 6 years. We want calm and rest. We have the most expensive suite which is in 5th floor. Unfortunately in 6th fooor there is a sky sauna. So from 6:10am they throwing with chairs, and things and everything was heard. So me, my wife and also both kids are awake from 6:20am. Perfect…. That’s the only thing what we want and its : SLEEPING!!! 2years old daughter is jumping on my head from 6:20 and its only because this terrible sauna spot with rude staff!…. I could stay at home and go to work, I awake at 7:00am home so I will sleep better also with kids…"

"I don't even know where to begin. The pictures of the sample apartment category didn't even remotely resemble the apartment we had! My husband and I were shocked when we moved into the apartment. Luckily, we only booked it for one night, otherwise we would have booked straight away. Everything is very old and not particularly clean. The double bed turned out to be a Murphy bed, with old, worn-out mattresses. The bathroom smelled musty, and there were black hairs everywhere (I'm blonde). The refrigerator was filthy. It was extremely stuffy, and unfortunately, there's no air conditioning. See the pictures, too."

"This was our second time here this year, and funnily enough, we stayed in the same room as in March. And once again, everything was fantastic... the entire complex was very well-maintained, the room was outstanding and clean, the spa and wellness area was unique, breakfast and dinner were perfect... what more could you want? Eugenio, with whom I tried to speak Spanish every now and then, was the ultimate "host" of the pool bar... always cheerful and accommodating! I celebrated my birthday at the Park Hotel, and in our room, we were surprised to find a bottle of sparkling wine in a champagne cooler and two glasses (thank you so much). It was funny that the congratulations weren't addressed to me, but to my wife (she also received personal congratulations at the beautifully decorated table :-) ). All in all... we'll be back, see you soon!"

"Best location. Very central, but still located in a quiet side street lined with deciduous trees. No traffic noise. The rooms are relatively simple, but clean. You have to look at the good price-performance ratio. If you're looking for a luxury hotel, you have to be prepared to spend more money. I was really happy at the "Unter den Linden". Kitchen OK; well-kept garden with lawn and terrace areas; elevator; thermal baths."
