An absolutely delightful stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone and especially those looking to relax and unwind by the beach. Not ***y places in India are like this. The facilities and staff are all top notch. Very professional and polite. They took care of all our needs without hesitation. There's a nice garden to walk at night, with direct access to beach and security guards on both exits. The resort had very ample variety of food, with different restaurants to choose from. Though perhaps a bit overpriced compared to equally good restaurants nearby. Overall, I wished we had stayed a little longer but already had flights booked. Definitely will come back when I'm back in Goa.

We had memorable and fantastic stay at Alila Diwa, it has always been pleasant and memorable experience staying in this property, thanks to the staff that make world of difference in providing high standard of hospitality and always having a personal touch that is unique USP of Brand Alila Diwa. Our stay was family vacation, kids enjoyed the time in pool as well as Kids play area, breakfast buffet is really good with lot of options to choose from. The staffs are attentive, courteous and understand the guest needs and will do their level to provide best in class service, especially family with toddlers. All Alila Diwa team members were amazing and some of whom we have interacted and remembered them for being at their best were Hanlula,Hi***shu from front desk team, ***ish, Arfaan, Roella from Vivo Restaurant, Alice from Alila Spa team as well as Reeni incharge of Kids play area. We would love to visit this place again during our next vacation in Goa.

Tourist spots are concentrated. The restaurant at the hotel was delicious and I used it many times during my stay. The room was well cleaned and clean. The family was happy.

This is a very satisfying hotel. The food was very good. I used it for the night before sightseeing. I had the impression that the training of employees was well done.

The welcome, attention and willingness to please and make customers happy is the best ever example of customer service we have ever experienced. The staff are all amazing at every level and are a credit to the hotel. We would like to say a massive thankyou to our Tui Rep Karen Hall, she has a wealth of knowledge of Goa and goes out of her way to be of assistance. We was at the hotel for Christmas and New Year, I really don't think the staff and ***agement could have done anything more to make the festive session so special. We enjoyed Christmas carols around the tree, a fantastic Christmas Eve and New Years Eve gala events. Special mentions to Rakesh (Mama Mia) who is a true gentle*** also Kartik (Seagull) who is so polite. The pool area is kept immaculately clean. I do think that small tables would be useful at the side of your sunbed. Food in both of the restaurants is worthy of Michelin standard.

The property is nice and good for family corporate stay. The staff is good and helping specially Kalpana and Rimi with there team helped in smooth check in. We would suggest once to stay in the property. Food is also very good with good taste. Nice stay we enjoy. Keep it up.

The service at this hotel was phenomenal. The staff - at the pool, the restaurant, the room - will not only do almost anything to make your stay more comfortable, they will suggest how they can do so. (Which, if you’re someone less likely to ask for things, really opens up the luxury experience.) Our room was meticulously cleaned each day by lax*** He is a gentle, welcoming soul who proactively supplied us with anything we seemed to use with high frequency. Special thanks to Raju who everyday come to meet us.
