"I am here for two day conference, the location of the hotel is very good, 5 min walk from the main station, and 8 min walk from the Mannheim University The room is big, bright and clean. Not so noisy although it is near the train station. The breakfast is reasonably good, but in weekend peak times, the seats are not enough. There is gym in the -1 floor, not big but enough as not much guests use it The staff here are warm and friendly. Overall, I enjoy the stay here!"

The automated check-in process is a bit confusing if you book via Trip.com rather than B&B's own app. Rooms are fine, if a bit uninspiring, no tea or coffee making facilities but you get what you pay for. We arrived late, stayed one night and didn't have breakfast, so didn't interact with staff, but that's fine. Can't complain for the price. Have used B&B before and probably would again."

I don't recommend this hotel to anyone because it is, in a word, absolutely bad and there was dust everywhere and it felt like the air conditioning wasn't working. It was very hot. It was, in a word, bad."

"It's a nice hotel in itself. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and went smoothly. The only huge drawback, in my opinion, is that there are no staff members present after 10 pm. I was there with my best friend (there were two of us girls). Upon arrival, we encountered three very drunk foreigners who then, unfortunately, woke us up in the middle of the night by banging on our doorbell. We thought they had found the access code at reception and could therefore get in. This went on and on until we called the police. Of course, something like this can happen anywhere, but if someone had been at reception or anywhere else, the three men would have been banned from the premises or even given a ban on alcohol, as they were causing a disturbance. The stay was unfortunately a horrific experience for us, especially considering what has happened in the area involving foreigners."

Rooms are spotless but need another pillow on the bed as the one is too small or light for my liking. Nothing is too much for the staff, they will help as much as possible…."
