"Very close to the station and very affordable. There isn’t much provided but also not much needed since this was meant for just to sleep and rests. Downside is that there is no fridge but everything else was great. Staff were friendly and helpful and very professional at problem solving and service recovery when my room wasn’t cleaned once but the staff were very professional and apologetic which diffused the situation quickly and made my stay quite comfortable and pleasant. Definitely would stay again."

"For the record, I did not stay at the property. I was booked to stay for a tour of the castles. However, I was made redundant 1 month before the trip. I contacted the property asking to cancel the booking and a refund if they managed to rebook the rooms (as I booked on a no cancellation booking). They replied to say they would not, and would I no longer be attending? I appreciate it was not their fault, but if they could have rebooked the rooms, and not been out of pocket, was it too much to ask for a refund, with 1 months notice? Times are hard enough without people profiteering out of other’s misfortune."

I don't recommend this hotel to anyone because it is, in a word, absolutely bad and there was dust everywhere and it felt like the air conditioning wasn't working. It was very hot. It was, in a word, bad."

"This hotel is a bit frustrating. They initially told us they couldn't find our booking number, then I contacted the platform, and the front desk let us stay anyway. The platform couldn't reach the front desk 💁🏻♀️, and said they could give us a refund. Since they let us stay, I felt bad about canceling. And when we got to the room, there was no air conditioning. Just plain ridiculous. The only good thing about it is the environment; it's great for taking pictures, but don't expect anything else."
