For business travel, it meets basic needs. Nothing fanciful. There's some noise coming from the street if the window is opened. Good thing about B&B is that it offers a private parking garage FOC but on a first come first served basis."

AAnonymous UserSuperb location with easy access to all public transportation! Just right outside the main central train station where there’s also loads of tram and buses nearby. It’s not a problem as well if public transportation is not the choice of traveling within Mannheim as city centre is within walking distance. Overall recommended!

GGuest UserThe room is quite big. The main fire place is only a 10-minute walk away. The location is also very good. There is a coffee machine in the room. There is a Christmas market downstairs and the supermarket is not far away. Overall, it is good.

GGuest UserMy conference was well planned and the food was delicious and offered me a lot of choice as a vegetarian. The staff was friendly and always helpful despite the huge number of guests (due to the Mannheim Garden Show). Meeting rooms were poorly cooled on the first day.
The next day at lunchtime I couldn't pass on my room concerns because there were so many guests because my toilet seat (room 614) was already broken when I checked in and I had to be careful because of the risk of injury.
Otherwise everything was fine and I was able to enjoy my beer in the garden in the evening!

NNakamichiWir sind übers Wochenende gewesen und sehr zufrieden. Der Service war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hebt sich von anderen ab. Die Lage ist zentral aber trotzdem ruhig. Wir haben das Parkhaus P3 genutzt.

GGuest UserThe room faces the iconic water tower, offering an unbeatable view; you could stand by the window and gaze out all day. The hotel itself is an old building, but the interior is decorated like a palace, somewhat reminiscent of the Grand Budapest Hotel. Although the room is small, it's clean and tidy, and all amenities are provided. The breakfast is very generous, and the restaurant has a warm, retro ambiance.

MmelisaIt's a very good hotel with good conditions in all aspects. It's clean and sanitary. I couldn't borrow a kettle at the front desk, but they directly poured me a cup of boiling water for making tea. The service is very good.
