"The location was super convenient for our family vacation and very clean. On arrival we were welcomed by the wonderful Staff team and owner (client value service). The place is so peaceful and refreshing. From the balcony views in each room all the way to seeing the river with crocodiles and giraffes, and for those like me who are brave you can even feed the animals with store bought feed that they give you which is such a breathtaking experience. All in all, I recommend Tinyiko Lodge"

"This Lodge was our 1st experience and stay in South Africa… it didn’t disappoint. The Lodge was lovely, meals terrific, all staff were very nice BUT there were absolutely 3 standouts being Michael our Safari Guide and driver and Sean and Taneash both staff within the Lodge who along with other staff provided breakfast, dinner and everything in between when we were at the Lodge. Michael is a true champion within this business, always courteous, went above and beyond to try to find the Big 5 for us never giving up and had a true love and respect for the animals and the park surroundings. Sean and Taneash offered a level of service above and beyond. The only negative for me and the friend I traveled with was the attitude of the Manager James who stood at the end of the dinner table we occupied with a German Family and lectured them for half an hour about being vegetarian and the downside of not eating meat. Very uncomfortable for all of us definitely didn’t need this for half an hour at the dinner table. Maybe keep your personal opinions to yourself. Overall a lovely experience and stay we thank you."

"Wow, what a trip! Staying at this lodge was an absolute dream. From the outset, we were welcomed with gourmet meals that introduced us to a delightful fusion of African and international flavors. The thrilling game drive immersed us in the spectacular wildlife of the African wilderness, providing countless awe-inspiring photo opportunities. Slept like a baby every night without the sun disturbing us. Riding around on those bicycles gave us a neat little look into the area, and that spa treatment was just the cherry on top. Top-notch. The breathtaking Panorama Route tour, showcasing the splendor of Blyde River Canyon and Bourke's Luck Potholes, was a fitting finale to our memorable trip. Impeccable and attentive service, gourmet dining, and diverse activities made every moment special, solidifying the lodge as an ideal destination for a remarkable escape."
