Napili Shores Maui by Outrigger ★★★
"The location can't be beat! The property is well-maintained, clean, and beautiful. The Gazebo restaurant offers delicious breakfast and lunch options with a gorgeous view of the water. Would definitely stay again, again, and again!"
Hilton Grand Vacations Club Maui Bay Villas ★★★★
"The rooms were new, spacious, and clean. A luxurious space. The staff were also nice. I went to the on-site restaurant, but waited about 50 minutes for my food to be served. The food was good. The gym closes at 10pm. One of the toilets in the room clogged easily. The water pressure in the shower was a little weak."
Maui Beach Hotel ★★★
"Good hotel"
Maui Coast Hotel ★★★
"We came here for vacation with my wife and kids, and this was the hotel we stayed at for the longest time during our Hawaii trip, so it was on budget. But it was fantastic, completely exceeding our expectations. The location was also decent; the beach is just across the street, and it's very convenient if you have a rental car."
Kohea Kai Hotel Maui ★★★
"The front desk service and the food and drink service were good. The room was clean and comfortable."
AC Hotel by Marriott Maui Wailea ★★★★
"Overall, the ambiance, service, food, and rooms were quite good. There is a daily destination fee of USD 25, which is charged separately but can be used to offset spending at the hotel bar, etc. If you don't use it on the same day, it's a waste, so be sure to use it."
Days Inn by Wyndham Maui Oceanfront ★★
"It's an older hotel; there's no elevator on the second floor. It's quite small, but very close to the beach."
Maui Seaside Hotel ★★★
"Close to airport, easy to park, close to the beach, staff is nice, but the air conditioner is kinda loud"
Royal Lahaina Resort ★★★★
"We booked 6 nights at the ocean front Royal Bungalow (Junior Suite) paying over 700 per night. The room ended up being upstair, with no direct access to the beach as the name beachfront Bungalow implies. It was not worth the money and our experience at the resort was one of the worst. I'm trying to be as fair and constructive as possible, hoping the GM and/or owners of the resort can read and do something about it: 1. More than half the staff didn't seem to be happy doing what they did. This showed through the interactions with us: very polite, but cold and had the wrong energy. Suggestion: treat your staff better, pay them more to make sure they are happy. 2. We arrived as a family of 4, which was communicated via our booking in advance. The resort didn't pull out the sofa to turn it into a bed, not even additional sheet, and pillows. We had to request for help with the sofa bed. The staff showed up at the door handing us those items, no intention to go in to help us set up. We asked specifically for help. He stepped in, with full dirty shoes on, to pull out the sofa, then leave. Suggestion: for the price you charge, this level of service is inadequate. Train your staff better, to take shoes off when stepping in guests' rooms. 3. We noticed how dirty the floor was the moment we stepped inside. I had to wipe it off with some paper (see photos) 4. The room is large, but I don't know why the mini fridge was put inside the toilet, not too far from where people do their business (see photos) 5. The breakfast was TERRIBLE. The 2 included photos show ALL the food there was on our last morning there. ALL processed frozen protein. Just terrible. It was as if the chef made no effort to prepare decent food, or a calculated decision by the ownership to cut operating costs to maximize profit. 6. The car parking lot is always full when we come back late afternoon, because of the nightly Lu'au. 7. And perhaps the worst was when we spoke to the manager about this, she didn't care to hear the details, nor make any attempts to rectify. She just casually offered us to check out early, charging us 2 nights and refunded 4. Maybe that was for the best as we ended up booking at Weilia Marriott for less, despite that resort is much better on many dimensions."

Hilton Vacation Club Ka'Anapali Beach Maui
"This hotel is impeccable in terms of location, service and facilities. The best thing is the breakfast, which is very appetizing. Fortunately, I encountered a sea lion while walking on the beach outside the hotel before breakfast."
Aston at the Maui Banyan
"Great stay, everything was perfect"
Hotel Moloka'i
"Great little hotel in the heart of the island, based c and simple, directly on the ocean front, warm friendly staff"
Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Maui North Shore
"I went to an Airbnb near the beach in Maui, but there were so many bugs that I had to make a hasty reservation at this hotel. It was so clean and nice. It was great because it was newly built. The staff was also friendly!!"
The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua
"good good"
Premier Collection at Grand Champions Wailea
Grand Wailea Resort Hotel & Spa, A Waldorf Astoria Resort
"Well it’s just time for a renovation at the Grand Wailea. All the little slides to connect each pool are closed. The Grotto spa is closed. Phone in the room didn’t work and keys stopped working on the first day for the door. With that said it’s still a nice place and can still have plenty of fun. If you haven’t been in a year or more, you will probably be disappointed. We normally go every year for at least one day and it’s slowly declining. The attached pic is considered ocean view just for reference."
Wailea Beach Resort - Marriott, Maui
"On my first night, I was woken up early by the frequent dragging of chairs from the room upstairs. Although I managed to switch rooms after complaining, I feel the hotel must have known about this issue with the original room. It's really upsetting that they assigned it to me, especially since I specifically requested a quiet room. As for the other facilities, they're typical for a resort; don't expect luxury hotel standards. The highlight is definitely the beautiful scenery, especially on a clear day – the sunset is absolutely stunning."
Lumeria Maui, Educational Retreat Center
"This is an extraordinary setting - the grounds are beautiful and serene, the architecture and interior decor are perfectly matched to the setting, and we love the amenities (that pool and spa!). But ... for whatever the reason ... the folks who stay aren't terribly friendly. Our friends who came with us pointed out that - with the exception of one father of a family of 4 - no one we encountered bothered to smile, wave or even look up to greet anyone. Even the person working in the kitchen was somewhat reluctant to engage. The most friendly people are the staff at the reception and the gardeners. That's a disappointment because now that our friends pointed this out - we're not too sure about returning."
Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa
"The whole hotel is an old brand with a good design. It's just a little old."
Residence Inn Maui Wailea
"Although it encountered the largest wildfire in Maui, Hawaii and was very close to the hotel, the hotel management was still very orderly and professional, and the surrounding environment was also very good."
Napili Sunset Beach Front Resort
"The hotel booked blindly is not expected to be high, but it is found after arriving The whole resort is quiet and comfortable, pushing the door directly to Napili Beach. The sea is clear and clean, the sunset is romantic and healing, the seaside trail is awkward, and the leisure game is rich and varied. It takes seven or eight minutes to walk to the supermarket and it is very convenient to purchase ingredients. Kitchenware and tableware are all available. I punched in various restaurants all the way in Hawaii, and I looked for food. Finally, I found out that the home-cooked simple meal made by myself in this seaside cabin is the most suitable for the appetite of the journey. If you don't catch the trip, don't hurry, want to be lazy and slow vacation, this is a good choice. There was an episode. We arrived at the resort at night that day. The service staff had already left work and no one was off work. The key was left in the password key box at the check in door. Because the place was quite big and unfamiliar, and the lights on the road were very dark. It took some time to get the key to find the room. I once felt that I had chosen the wrong one, but the moment I opened the door, I felt that it was not a problem. Later, I found that I must look at the map sent in the hotel email in advance. The labeling is still relatively clear. Happy and smooth!"
Royal Lahaina Bungalows & Spa
Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa
"Great location, hotel private beach"
Aston at the Whaler on Kaanapali Beach
"The environment is good, it is cost-effective, very close to the mall, no parking fee, very friendly, and a welcome necklace was given as soon as you entered the door. It is recommended. There is also a refrigerator and microwave, which is suitable for staying here after buying things from the supermarket."
Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea
"The Four Seasons Hotel really lives up to its reputation. The overall service is very good, and the room layout is also great. The swimming pool in particular is very impressive. However, I feel that the service for foreign tourists can be more detailed."
