"The office staff is very good but the unit was in awful condition had ants and roaches the towels one was brown the dishes were not clean and the stove was not cleaned. In bad bad condition place is safe in neighborhood but not worth it at all! Also fan had a cut cord and most of lights did not work"

The Mauian Hotel

"We arrived early and was told to come back at 3pm. I asked to check in and not get the room so I can compare the cost to the reservation but was told That we can only check in when the room was ready. At 4pm the office closes so basically there is an hour window to check in at the office or later you have to call security. There was an unexpected up charge for having kids in the same room so we decided to cancel the reservation. The hotel agreed to the cancelation."
