"When we first booked this hotel, the online reviews gave me cold feet. However, the price was reasonable, so we decided to bite the bullet. The reception team provided a warm welcome, and they were genuinely helpful whenever minor issues popped up during our stay. ​The restaurant food was fair enough, and the bars were rather run-of-the-mill—nothing to write home about, but perfectly adequate. Room cleaning was done on a daily basis, and I was quite satisfied with the housekeeping standard. ​The Spa, however... is the one part of the trip I simply cannot shake off. I understand it is run by a third-party company, so perhaps it shouldn't reflect directly on the hotel, but omitting this would be doing fellow travellers a disservice. My partner and I walked in to make a reservation and were cornered by the manager. I know he was the manager because he felt compelled to remind us of his grand title multiple times within a two-minute window. It felt like a classic case of the 'Little Chief Syndrome'—someone whose entire self-worth is wrapped up in a modest job title. I had half a mind to tell him, "Mate, calm down, I believe you," but I bit my tongue. ​The masseuses looked absolutely terrified to speak. While the massage itself was perfectly fine, I couldn't enjoy it because of the forced, strained smiles on the girls' faces. As we were leaving the spa area, lo and behold, I heard the booming voice of Mr. Manager shouting angrily at someone behind closed doors. It instantly clicked why those poor girls looked so suppressed and walked on eggshells. ​To top it all off, as we were checking out of the spa, this gentleman was slumped behind the reception desk, legs crossed, glued to his phone. I tried to politely bid him goodbye, but without even bothering to lift his head, he just muttered a dismissive acknowledgment. ​This unpleasant encounter happened on our second and third day, and frankly, it cast a shadow over the rest of our holiday. I kept thinking about it constantly. I don't know if anyone will ever bring this egoist down a peg or two, but my heart goes out to those girls. I truly hope they find a workplace where they are treated with the dignity they deserve."

"Our mood plummeted the moment we entered the room. We were greeted by an old bathroom and old beds. The beds were far from comfortable. Everything in the room was old – the sofa, TV, console, etc. I've uploaded a photo of the bathroom below. The food was mediocre. I think it wasn't very tasty because of the brand of oil and tomato paste they used. The desserts were terrible. Even the biscuit pudding tasted like cheap chocolate. Also, putting only one chicken or other item on each plate at the barbecue wasn't a nice touch. They only increased the quantity when we asked for it. We stayed for four days, and there was live music only one day. The pool is small and usually full of children, making it embarrassing to go in. The cleanliness and the beach were nice, although the sea was always wavy in the afternoons. The kids did their best, but I think this could be improved, as they usually play the same songs and do the same activities. We had imagined a different and better holiday. This hotel fell short of our expectations. By the way, we went based on the reviews and ratings here. We were also impressed by their willingness to respond to every review. But these are the facts, folks, it's up to you. We wouldn't consider going again; I think there are better hotels for the same price."

"We have stayed for a week in this wonderful hotel. It has been our first time in Turkey and we have been pleasantly surprised. Beautiful hotel, very clean and well maintained. Members of staff are very friendly and always happy to help. The lady at the reception has an exceptional customer service and very knowledgeable. There is kids club and Asma works with children during the day making cookies, pizza, face painting etc. She also engages happily with children during the day around the pool and during the mini disco. There are games during the day: beach volleyball, darts, ping pong, tennis (speak to the entertainment team), aqua gym. There were 2 shows during our stay and it was fun. Bar staff are amazing, polite, professional and at the same time are great fun to have a conversation with. The young man at the snack bar was making delicious pizza and burgers. Hotel is very beautiful and it's worth visiting different areas to have a drink and to appreciate the design and comfort. Pictures are great addition and add a lot of character; great choices and very interesting. Room: cleaned daily, very comfy beds, very friendly and helpful staff. Sauna is opened between 12-3pm and you can also borrow clean beach towels from the spa area. Restaurant: well presented delicious food and plenty of choices for everyone. Salads and cakes were our favorites! Often, there is a grill outside, so plenty of choices of meat. The restaurant manager is very professional and always around. He was extremely helpful when we needed the first aid kit in the evening. All inclusive: tasty drinks, coffee machines, snacks and pastries. Pool and beach: there are 2 life guards by the pool and the private beach. Very clean and well maintained area. Slides are great fun! Guests are very friendly and opened to conversation. I will definitely recommend this place and certainly will be back. Tips: plan to visit historical places (Ephesus), Pamukkale, Kusadasi for shopping as there is no high street in walking distance from the hotel. In the evening it gets cold, so bring cardigans.
