"A family of 3 made a reservation for a king bed and 1 sofa bed. Basically, if you make a reservation by specifying the number of people, setting up a sofa bed is a basic requirement for a hotelier. The unfriendly black receptionist's guidance, telling us to look for the room and take care of it, was really insincere. I had no choice but to make a reservation because the nearby hotels were fully booked, but this is a hotel I don't want to visit again. Fortunately, I was able to receive a blanket with the help of the Trip Customer Center staff. ㅜㅜ We would like to thank the Trip Customer Center staff for their assistance."
